la atencion recibida por la chica que estaba de mañana en la recepcion un encanto

La localización próxima a Caldea y zona de tiendas. La atención por parte de los trabajadores del hotel, muy profesionales.
El hotel se ha quedado muy anticuado. Habíamos estado en varias ocasiones hace ya mas de 6 años y todo estuvo bien, pero ahora lo hemos notado muy deteriorado. Los colchones muy incómodos. Lleno de grupos de adolescentes que a la hora del bufet era una locura. Por la noche bastante jaleo de las habitaciones colindantes. El ascensor un suplicio para poder llegar a la planta 6ª, donde estábamos, porque los niños de los pisos intermedios lo iban llamando para ralentizarlo a propósito. Lo único bueno la atención por parte del personal del Hotel, lo mejor del hotel la personas que trabajan allí. Muy amables, incluso se disculpaban en todo momento por los problemas que ocasionaban los grupos. Nosotros para viaje familiar no volveremos a este hotel si no se renueva.

La atención en el hotel fue pésima, con quejas constantes por diversos motivos de los cuales ninguno fue atendido. Empeoraron nuestra experiencia por completo.
