Travel information
CROSS-COUNTRY
It is the most popular mountain biking discipline and also the least extreme amongst the other forms. XC racing is also an Olympic discipline which involves competitors racing from point-to-point through defined trail sections in the fastest time possible. XC trails can range from open fire roads to winding narrow single-tracks that will test the rider’s endurance and technical handling skills.
SLOPE STYLE
It is the most intense discipline for those advanced riders who want to practice MTB freestyle. It is a journey made of modules with a series of jumps where you can show your freestyle creativity.
ENDURO
It is a discipline that combines the downhill and the trail resistance. The objective of this discipline is to have fun.

Start off at the Cap de Solana and ride along the mountain until you reach Soldeu. The Green Track will be lengthened and the journey will begin at the highest point of the domain at 2.450m, with a longer but calmer journey until the bottom of the Soldeu chairlift at 1.800m.

Various modifications have been made to the track and the central area now crosses through a forest.
Route Slope Style
The Slope Style track is the most intense installation for those advanced riders who want to practice MTB freestyle. It is a journey made of modules with a series of jumps where you can show your freestyle creativity.
Route Avet
The Avet slope is legendary at Bikepark Soldeu. It has fantastic drops and banks, and an amazing drop-off. The descent runs from the esplanade at Espiolets to the foot of the Soldeu cable car, following the course of the mythical Avet Stadium, which hosted the 2012 Women's Alpine Ski World Cup. A great wooden bridge in the central section of the Avet slope (the venue for the Catalan Descent Cup) will pass over the Roller Coaster slope. From here, a 100% natural section with rocks and roots begins.
Route La Cova

This slope is divided into two sections, one more difficult, for experts, the other combining sections with different degrees of difficulty. This is a descent guaranteed to get the adrenaline pumping.
