All apartments have balcony access, and their layout aims to balance resting and communal spaces.
The building has an elevator, ski lockers, digicode access, and outdoor parking subject to reservation and availability.
In addition to the included basic cleaning kit, optional services are offered, such as bed linen (16/bed), towels (12/kit), bed making service (10/bed), final cleaning package (70135), Wi-Fi access (39/week), and loan of baby equipment.
The pet policy allows dogs and cats (excluding categories 1 and 2), at a rate of 12 per day or 65 per week, and for stays with an animal, mandatory final cleaning is required.
