PREMIUM 4* apartment of 50 m², located on the first floor of the PHOENIX residence, with capacity for 5 people and distributed over two rooms plus a cabin.
Its spacious, fully equipped, south-facing private terrace of 35 m² offers beautiful, unobstructed views of the natural lake of Tignes, the Tovière massif, and the Grande Motte glacier, creating a privileged setting to enjoy the mountains.
The apartment features a large, bright living area, designed to provide a comfortable and high-level stay.
The sleeping area includes a south-facing master bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), and an independent cabin with a bunk bed comprising a lower bed (140 × 190 cm) and an upper bed (90 × 190 cm).
The apartment also has a bathroom with an Italian-style shower and sink, as well as a separate toilet with a washbasin. A hairdryer and heated towel rail are also provided.
To ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay, the apartment includes bed linens, bath towels, a bath mat, two kitchen towels, and slippers, with all beds made up on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is also included, except for the kitchen cleaning.
Guests also have access to two ski lockers with boot warmers located at the entrance of the residence, as well as free wifi throughout their stay.
From 10 December onwards: Tourist tax to be paid at the accommodation.
