Ubicació, neteja, apartaments equipats amb utensilis nous. Vam estar als apartaments duplex i els nens van gaudir molt amb l'altell. Esterri és molt bonic per visitar i els apartaments Trainera té una ubicació ideal per fer excursions per l'entorn i els Parcs Nacionals i esports d'aventura com el ràfting.

Nos ha gustado muchísimo el sitio, super amables y agradables, el personal del hotel preocupados por hacer buena nuestra estancia. El spa de 10 lo mejor después de la jornada de ski.

El spa y las zonas comunes eran muy bonitas y nuevas. La atencion fue buena.
El apartamento tenia cosas rotas. Le faltaba mantenimiento. Tambien estaba poco equipado. En la cocina no habia ni servilletas de papel ni aceite ni sal.

La ubicación, el tener acceso gratuito al SPA, la amabilidad del personal y también los apartamentos son bonitos y se ven bastante nuevos.
Lo único que mejoraría es el sofá cama
