La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación del alojamiento.
La habitación tenía el pomo de la puerta roto por fuera y por dentro no existía. Hubo filtraciones de agua de la bañera al ducharnos. Al parecer hubo un problema con los inquilinos anteriores y no debió dar tiempo a solucionarlo antes de llegar nosotros.

las chicas de recepción, llegaron 45 minutos tarde para poder recoger los forfaits. Estábamos fuera esperando, con mucho frio y sin poder aprovechar las primeras horas de esqui. Recomendamos que se dejen en los apartamentos los sobres con los forfaits para no tener que depender de la recepción. El fregadero de la cocina, desde el primer momento se embozaba.

Difícil aparcar fuera y no se me explicó como aparcar en el parking del apartamento.

Cocina bien equipada, y todo en general parecia reformado y bastante nuevo. Muy buena calefacción.
El sofa cama se hunde, no se podia dormir en él.

LA UBICACIÓN Y COMODIDAD DE IR YA CAMBIADOS A PISTAS
EL APARTAMENTO ESTA REFORMADO Y MUY BIEN, AHORA EL BLOQUE DE APARTAMENTOS ES GIGANTE Y ES UN GRANDÍSIMO LÍO HASTA QUE NO TE LO APRENDES, EL PODER LLEGAR HASTA TU BLOQUE, PISO, APARTAMENTO, UNA LOCURA LA VERDAD

Los apartamentos están mal señalizados. Debería tener mas indicadores respecto al bloque, piso y planta que estás, ya que tienes que coger varios ascensores e ir cambiando dd bloque

Esta bien ubicado cerca de pistas aunque el tramo por dentro de los apartamentos es largo. Habitacion comoda y limpia. Extrañamente no hay ruido.

Repetimos alojamiento. El espacio está bien aprovechado y está todo en orden además de disponer de menaje suficiente.
Hemos echado de menos algún trapo de cocina para poder secar los utensilios además de las manos.
