The ARACO 3000 Apartments are located in Pas de la Casa, at an altitude of 2,000 meters and at the foot of the Grandvalira ski resort. A new building, built in 2010 and newly furnished, located just 200 meters from the ski lifts that give access to the Pas de Casa sector, which communicates with the neighboring sector of Grau Roig and which allows you to cross the entire Grandvalira ski resort. The newly released and innovative ARACO 3000 Apartments have capacity for 4 people and have an equipped American kitchen with everything you need for a vacation in the mountains, a complete bathroom and a living room with television.

The Apartments are for 2/4 people and have a double bedroom (with a double bed or two single beds) and a double sofa bed in the living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker and utensils. In addition, bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. On the other hand, a small cleaning kit is included for the first days. They also have private parking for a fee.

1-bedroom apartment for 4 to 5 people: It has 1 double bed room and one or two double sofa beds in the living room.

Apartment for 2 people: It has 1 room with two single beds.

Apartment with terrace for 4 people: It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
