The El Tarter Alba apartment complex is located in the municipality of Canillo, in El Tarter, 1700 meters above sea level, in the Principality of Andorra.
It has 19 studios and apartments with contemporary decoration; some have a balcony. New equipment ensures a comfortable stay.
The apartment complex has a direct access covered car park (for an additional amount).
The cable car to access the Grandvalira complex, its 210 km of slopes, its 3 snowparks and its freestyle school is located very close to the apartments.

WIFI IN THE APARTMENTS
The included WiFi service offers a basic access speed that allows you to surf the Internet, check emails and use instant messaging.
For a higher speed (downloads, streaming, VPN access ...) you can choose a full access connection (option with additional charges to be booked at the same time as your accommodation or on the spot).

BEDS MADE ON ARRIVAL
Enjoy your vacation from your arrival: sheets are provided and your beds are made upon arrival at your apartment.
Note: beds prepared on arrival only in the bedrooms.

TOWELS
The kit includes 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, plus 1 bath mat.

CLEANING KIT
The kit includes 1 sponge, 1 cloth, 1 bottle of multipurpose product, 1 bottle of liquid dishwasher, 1 dishwasher tablet.

LINENS
Bedding: fitted sheet / top sheet, sheet or duvet cover and pillowcase.
Note: depending on the apartment complex.

CLEANING AT THE END OF THE STAY
Cleaning (except kitchen space and dishes).

PARKING
The Aparthotel has a covered paid parking upon availability. In case you want to contract the service, it is convenient to call to reserve.

BOND
The delivery of a deposit or the guarantee of a credit card is mandatory. The deposit will be returned once the apartment has been checked. It is approximately 200 euros per apartment.
