Located just 100 m from the Peyragudes ski slopes, Apartment Résidence Privilège 1 offers a functional and well-equipped stay in the heart of the Pyrenees. Integrated into the renovated 'Privilège' residence, the accommodation includes free access to Le Spassio thermal center, located a few steps away, with a swimming pool and sauna available at specific times depending on the season.

This cabin-style studio is ideal for up to four people. It features a living-bedroom with two sofa beds and a television, plus a sleeping nook with bunk beds for two, perfect for children or companions.

The kitchenette, integrated into the same space, is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and two ceramic hobs, providing everything needed to prepare meals after a day on the snow. The apartment has a shower/WC, electric heating, and a private balcony that extends the living space and allows guests to enjoy the pure mountain air.

The accommodation includes Wi-Fi connection (with a supplement) and one pet is allowed per unit. Please note that some sleeping areas may be in open or alcove-style spaces, rather than enclosed bedrooms.

The residence offers comprehensive shared services: a heated indoor swimming pool, ski storage room, elevator, shared washing machine and dryer (at an additional cost), as well as a reception and central heating.

Access to the building is via a mountain road, so snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking is available next to the accommodation. Just 200 m away, you'll find shops, a supermarket, and restaurants, and the nearest train station is in Luchon (15 km). Other notable attractions include Tarbes (75 km) and Toulouse (140 km), in addition to a wide variety of hiking trails in the Pyrenees.
