Buena limpieza, apartamento muy cómodo.
El agua caliente se acabó muy rápido, eramos 5 y solo 3 nos duchamos con agua caliente. La vitrocerámica funciona muy mal, tardamos casi una hora en poder hervir agua.

El acceso a pistas "secreto" que esta justo donde se guardan los esquis. El apartamento limpio y aseado.
Fallo el agua caliente el primer día, pero lo arreglaron al siguiente enseguida. Falta de mas de un rollo de papel higiénico. Pero al atención ante los problemas fue correcta

Lo moderno que era el piso. La limpieza. El poco ruido que había, las vistas, y la atención.
La ducha era demasiado pequeña. El acceso a pistas si tienes que llevar equipo está un poco alejado. El horario de recepción es algo limitado si vienes desde lejos, lo que hizo no poder disponer de garaje en ese mismo momento.

Las instalaciones eran modernas y con plaza de parking. Podías salir directamente a esquiar a pistas.
Faltan percheros o colgadores en la habitación, no hay ninguno, y dado que vienes de esquiar no hay sitio para colgar la ropa mojada y húmeda? un fallo bastante importante. Por lo demás, las camas son malísimas pero eso en todos los apartamentos? y el volver a entrar al apartamento esquiando tienes q saber hacer fuera pistas o q haya nieve sino te toca andar?

La calefacción y el agua caliente funcionan muy bien. Las vistas son increíbles al menos en el apartamento que nos tocó. El piso es moderno y está cuidado.
En un apartamento para 4, dos tenían que dormir en un sofá cama. Había cocina pero no proporcionaban ni una pizca de sal, tenias que llevarte absolutamente todo. No había perchero. Había máquina de café pero no dejaban ni una capsula, lo cual para 4 personas sale a 1 euro al día... Ponen que esta a pie de pista, pero aún saliendo por la planta más cercana del edificio, tenias q seguir bajando unos 150m, y lo mismo para subir.

Primero, había un señor en la recepción de los apartamentos (Apartamentos Princesa Pas de la Casa) que era muy maleducado y tenía un trato malísimo frente a todos los clientes. Ya he visto en internet que todo el mundo se queja de la atención de dicho hombre, porque las demás señoras que estaban ahí eran muy amables. Este señor el faltaban modales por todos lados. También decir que uno de nosotros cogió un tabla de snow gama PLATA y eso era una vergüenza. Se supone que es una gama intermedia sin ser oro. Pero les tendría que dar vergüenza entregar la tabla que tenía más de diez años (Reconocido por los propios dependientes) y tenían las fijaciones rota, estaban literalmente rota y se me desataron varias veces mientras hacía snow. La respuesta que nos dio la dependienta fue que ella hacía snow con una tabla de hello kitty, lo que muestra aún más falta de profesionalidad. La tienda era ESPORTS PIROT II. LAMENTABLE. NO VOLVERE A COGERLO CON VOSOTROS POR ESTA TIENDA.

Apartamento amplio y espacioso, cómodo, equipado de sobras para una o dos noches. Todo limpio y preparado al llegar. El acceso a pistas implica caminar un poco con todo el equipamiento, pero sigue siendo mucho más cómodo que tener que acercarse por cuenta propia hasta la zona de remontadores.
