Aunque el hotel es un poco modesto, el trato de todo el personal y el cuidado de detalles marcan la diferencia. Hotel tranquilo, comida muy buena, parking gratuito, buena señal del wifi. Un 10 para todo el personal.

Personal muy amable y la comida espectacular. La única pega era que estaba a 650 metros del huevo para subir a arinsal, pero no fué problema ya que alquilamos taquillas arriba y nos poníamos las botas a pie de pista. En general...nos encantó

La atención de los trabajadores, sobretodo el camarero Mariano, que nos atendió con muy buen sentido del humor y muy amable en todo momento, También los trabajadores de recepción muy profesionales todos y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte.

Un trato por parte de todo el personal del hotel excelente, ya que por la moche de din de año nos sentimos acogidos como uno mas de su familia como si estuvieramos en casa.

No me gustó que no ponéis la normativa de mascotas antes de hacer la reserva, ni al confirmarla, al llegar al establecimiento tuvimos problemas, que se solventaron pero no se comunicaron después entre trabajadores, generando esto incomodidad respecto a ellos, así que si podéis detallar la información estaría bien ya que, si un hostal,hotel,establecimiento es pet friendly, lo debe ser para todo, no para unas cosas si y otras no.

El buffet del desayuno muy muy limitado: pan,cereales,algo de fruta,bebida,tomate,queso fresco,membrillo,algo de companaje, yogures y bollería.

Excelente personal, sobretodo la amabilidad de Daniel en recepción, la paciencia de Giovanna y de su compañera que no recuerdo el nombre. También dar gracias al chef por servirnos la comida habiendo llegado tarde en algunos dias. Volveremos en nuestras próxima visita a Andorra. GRACIAS

Decoración obsoleta. Calefacción difícil de regular. No había champú no gel de ducha. No reponian jabón. Agregaría huevo, bacon, y opción saldo caliente en el desayuno. Muy poca variedad en el bar de bebidas fuertes
