La ubicacion del hotel, al lado de un parking gratuito, muy comodo y ademas en el centro de Vielha
La atencion recibida en el hotel pésima, el encargado un desagradable, maleducado e irrespetuoso. El desayuno escaso y pobre, todo comida enpaquetada (nada casero), y para el colmo al solicitar más género el encargado contestaba de malas formas y no reponía nada, por lo tanto te mueres de hambre o te mueres de hambre. Por ejemplo, con suerte te tomas una taza de café si al tipo (el encargado desagradable) le apetece pasarse a repartir café.

Hotel muy acogedor para ir a pasar un fin de semana de esquí. El dueño muy amable y simpático y los desayunos espectaculares. Además está muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de Vielha. Clientes más que satisfechos desde Valencia.

Ubicació de l´hotel, aparcament públic davant mateix i habitació neta.
Zona comuna molt reduïda i esmorzar (el dolç) una mica justet.

Tiene un parking grande justo delante, a la salida de Vielha. Habitaciones grandes y muy (demasiado) calientes.
Escasa profesionalidad por parte del personal. Parece que no se enteran mucho de lo que estan haciedo. Se equivocaron con nuestra reserva y forfaits, nos entregaron los de otra pareja que no tenían cena incluída (nosotros sí). Así que estuvimos esquiando con forfaits con otros nombres. La comida muy cutre.

La amabilidad y atencion al cliente del staff
Poca variedad en el desayuno y la cena. Asi como el horario de la cena que me parece empieza muy tarde.

Buen servicio comedor. Buen servicio limpieza y orden en habitaciones. Gente agradable. Se puede descansar bien sin ruidos.
Quizá deberían ofrecer algún menú más en las cenas.

El domingo hizo mal tiempo y la estación no devuelve el dinero de forfait ni deja la posibilidad de disfrutarlo otro día. Muy mal. No vuelvo a ir a Baqueira Beret.
