    El buffet de la cena, que tuvimos que hacer cola aun asi teniendo reserva y el buffet del desayuno igual, mucha gente y poca organización

    La calefacción no funcionaba, no habian mantas. Tuve que dormir con el abrigo puesto porque en recepción no cogian el teléfono. La comida una basura. Solo te dejaban una hora para cenar y luego te echaban del comedor. Colas de media hora para entrar al buffet y luego no te respetaban la hora de tu turno de cena. Comida fritanga, croquetas, huevos fritos, hamburguesas, patatas fritas y el desayuno churros, tortitas, bacon, huevos. No habia casi variedad de fruta. Muy mal. El hotel es gigante. Las distancias son larguísimas entre la recepción y las habitaciones y nadie coge el teléfono en recepción.

    El buffet. La calidad de la comida y la variedad de alimentos tanto para niños como mayores. La atención, la limpieza de las habitaciones. Los colchones de las camas son comodísimos.

    No volveria a un hotel de Port Aventura
    Pues poca atencion al cliente,muy masificado, tiempo de 1h para comer: te vienen a avisar que hay que irse , comidas baja calidad y muy agobiante, poca informacion respecto al uso del parque...( targetas, descensos, puertas de acceso, parking...) No volveriamos a repetir. Muy decepcionante. Habitación poco limpia.

    La ubicación. Las camas eran cómodas
    pedí unas toallas q nos faltaban para, habian 2 juegos y éramos 3 en la habitación y nunca llegaron. Me estresa mucho los turnos de comida.

    La atención al cliente del hotel. La facilidad del check out y comodidad al tener la llave y las entradas a portaventura en una misma tarjeta.
    Se podria mejorar hacer el checking unos dias antes para que te puedan enviar por correo las tarjetas y evitar las grandes colas a primera hora y perder horas de parque por decir alguna cosa

    La ubicació esta molt bé.
    El menjar regular. Ens va tocar una habitació que estava al final de tot el complex. Suposo per no demanar que ens possesin a prop de les instalacions.

    En general todo buena atención al cliente habitación bastante limpia cómoda y grande y portaventura genial
    La comida para la calidad que tenía era muy cara, en la habitación el cuarto de baño en la bañera estaba un poco sucia habían pelos y en el portaventura unas colas interminables
