Pic Maia Mountain offers buffet service for breakfast and dinner, reading and television rooms, sky bar & lounge with billiards, table football and sofas. There are also access for the disabled, ski storage locker and equipment rental.

No transfers or taxis too or from the hotel.. so had to pretty much stay in the hotel every night. The room photos on the internet are nothing like the degrading grotty room we had with rock hard beds and 1 plug for the whole room (3 person room).. will not be coming back

La ubicación el acceso a las pistas,está genial,es cruzar la carretera y ya estás en la pista
El hotel tiene una zona de habitaciones más modernas ,nosotros nos alojamos en la zona antigua , la habitación deja un poco que desear,el baño muy antiguo, las ventanas mal aisladas

- Cercanía a las pistas. El hotel conecta cruzando la carretera con la bajada de Port (pista azul) que baja hasta Pas de la Casa. Muy práctico. - Buen servicio post check out: nos facilitaron un espacio guarada maletas y un aseo privado para ducharnos. Se valora muchísimo.
Las habitaciones en las que hemos estado en más de una ocasión, en general, son deficientes: - Muy poca luz tanto natural como iluminación artificial del dormitorio en general. - Falta de secador incorporado (aunque nos lo prestaron, debería haber uno por habitación). - Pocos enchufes. Dificulta la carga de dispositivos móviles,etc. Hoy día, algo básico. - Temperatura y presión de la ducha inestable. Puede llegar a ser molesto y poco confortable. - El televisor obsoleto que además funcionaba mal. No emitía imagen, solamente audio y con interferencias. - Creemos que la media pensión al menos debería incluir una bebida en las cenas.

A los dueños del hotel.... La parte antigua del hotel las habitaciones ni son limpias ni cumplen medidas de seguridad en el baño se caen los azulejos habitación 336 menos mal que recepción nos la cambio a 210 una habitación limpia y muy bonita

Habitación reformada ideal gracias a las consideraciones de las recepcionistas, han trabajado de 10. Ubicación mejor imposible con taquillas para poder dejar el material. Desayuno increíble.
Estiber no había dejado nuestros forfaits en recepción como las otras ocasiones en otros establecimientos y tubimos que pasar por taquillas de pistas a recogerlos.

Mucho el personal, tan amable y preocupado por que no te falte de nada. La cocina, muy variada y sana.
El agua caliente sale a ráfagas. es algo que tienen que mejorar. ;-)

Buenas instalaciones y ubicacion. Personal amable.
Difícil dormir por las noches por el aire enrarecido que queda de la calefacción, la cual no se puede apagar. Te levanta constantemente la sequedad y dificulta respirar normalmente.

Accés a pistes amb els esquís posats des de l'hotel, gairebé
L'atenció, sempre en català, i que no ens van deixar menjar el nostre entrepà perquè havíem de consumir el seu menjar, quan ja havíem fet check-out i no teníem habitació Ens vam queixar d'un llum al menjador que ens enfocava a la cara directament i no ho van canviar.

Porque está a pie de pistas prácticamente.
Pasamos 4 días allí y 3 con la calefacción estropeada con el frío que hacía en la habitación... reclamamos desde el 2 día y nos dieron largas hasta el final.
