Nos llamaron dos veces a la habitación porque había algún problema con el registro. Una de las veces nos hicieron bajar a las 23:00 de la noche. Muy mal .

Trato excelente de todo el personal del Hotel
No tiene transfer a pistas cuándo antes si lo tenía. Es un servicio necesario. Es nas, No repito en este zHotel si no hay tranfer.

La ubicación, si quieres ir de compras por Andorra la Vella o a Caldea, es fantástica.
No puedo decir nada que no me gustara, además solamente pasé una noche. Simplemente, tenía cosas a mejorar, pero no me quejo ni me disgustó nada. Si lo tuviera que recomendar, lo haría.

Muy viejo con suelo roto.. limpieza justa (tuvimos que sacar tres arañas de la habitacion) y el baño olía a tuberías viejas. Al quejarme me dijeron directamente que sí, que hacía falta remodelación. Servicios extra bajo mínimos, no calificable como un 4*

El que estuvieran trabajando en la fachada, montando un andamio, sin parking, sin poder parar en la puerta.
La entrada era a las 15.00 llegamos a las 14.50 no estuvo lista hasta 15.20, no tuvieron ningún detalle. Las tasas no estaban incluidas las tuve que pagar a parte

UBICACION HOTEL
El ultimo dia no nos permitieran ducharnos, teniendo una piscina y spa con duchas en el hotel. La dificultad de aparcar el coche, el precio del parking del hotel excesivamente caro.
