Que el socorrista del spa no dijese nada a la gente que hacía fotos después de que en todos sitios ponía que no se podía. Que en el gimnasio nadie dijese nada a gente que entraba en chanclas y usaba mal las máquinas y por último que no le dijesen nada a los niños que corrían por todos lados y tocaban todo en el desayuno

Todo perfecto, la comida del hotel excelente. Lo único a mejorar la taquilla de guarda esquís me la cambiaron varias veces, por desorganización.

La ubicación es muy buena y el guardaesquí y acceso directo a las pistas desde el hotel es muy cómodo. El personal es amable y atento, disponen de máquinas para sacar el forfait y no tener que ir a recogerlo a las taquillas y te facilitan la salida para que puedas aprovechar el día al máximo.
Echamos de menos una zona para los chicos, donde tomar algo después de esquiar.

La ubicación y los buffets libres (desayuno y cena porque cogí media pensión).
Con el precio elevado de la estancia sigo sin entender que no esté incluido el spa y para colmo el uso de gorro y chanclas sea obligatorio y el coste de cada producto ronde los 4?!

Ubicación perfecta. Guarda esquis genial. Buffet bastante bueno. Personal del comedor y animación muy amable
Nos ofrecieron una mejora de habitación y luego nos la denegaron. Las habitaciones "baratas" ya necesitan renovación urgente y el colchon es duro. Limpieza mejorable, no cambiaron las sábanas cuando lo solicitamos, las estiraron y ya está.
