Meliá Sierra Nevada has 161 Meliá rooms in different types (single, double, triple and family double use), 56 Premium Superior Rooms, 2 Junior Suites and 2 Suites. Its rooms decorated in a marked mountain style in which stone, wood and warm textiles are the protagonists, have Interactive TV, Minibar, adjustable heating, Safe and Kettle. Me gustó absolutamente todo, la atención del personal del hotel fue excelente, la comida un 100!! inmejorable, la ubicación genial, que tenga taquillas para guardar los equipos dentro del hotel es una de las cosas que mas me gustó, ya que se baja muy cansada y lo mejor es dejar los equipos a mano para el día siguiente, la limpieza del hotel excepcional. La relación calidad-precio fue excelente.
No me gustó que en el spa permitan el acceso a los niños, ya que la idea es poder relajarse lejos de los gritos y ruidos y no fue lo que pasó, lo mencionamos al personal como una sugerencia, creo que los niños deberían tener otro lugar (que por cierto lo había) pero no en el spa.

La gran amabilidad del personal. El desayuno buffet es buenísimo. La localización del hotel es excelente. La facilidad para sacar el forfait en el propio hotel.
El personal del hotel no estaba muy al día de informaciones útiles para el cliente como el aparcamiento de la zona azul y roja. Para el día del check out, hay baños para cambiarte, pero no tenían ducha, lo cuál hubiera sido muy de agradecer después de un día entero de esquí.

Magnifico hotel en plena plaza del pueblo a tres pasos de los accesos y con uno de los mejores après-sky de Sierra Nevada.
Lo único que no estaba a la altura del hotel eran los colchones de la literas, algo incómodos al notarte los muelles.

El bufet, tanto desayuno como cena. La atención del personal. Las taquillas para dejar el equipo de nieve.
Habitación de dos, para tres personas. En sofá-cama y habitación minúscula. Nespreso en habitación que no funciona con cápsulas del chino.

la cercanía, la atención en recepción y del botones, la limpieza de la habitación muy buena, la ventaja de tener el spa gratuito y poder disfrutarlo con los niños es muy importante ya que se convirtió en un complemento después de venir cansados de esquiar. la calefacción en el hotel era buena y las fresas que creo era temporada. las actividades para los niños se cuidad siempre en los melia que he ido.
del baño salía casi siempre un mal olor por los bajantes que inundaba la habitación. el bufet las uvas estaban sin lavar, había contraposición en ciertos alimentos como el salmón o las chuletillas de cordero que estaban exquisitas pero los chipirones duros por ejemplo, quiero decir con esto que, no todo tenia la misma calidad, no habían zumos de frutas naturales y uno de los desayunos no había mantequilla la tuvimos que pedir, los huevos fritos de la mañana todos grasientos , el chico que hacia las tortillas y los huevos los tiraba como de mal humor. en el bar la música sosa y aquello aburrido.
