Hotel Univers is located in the Encamp area, a few meters from the Funicamp gondola that gives access to the Grandvalira slopes. It is a building with more than 50 years of history, it has a traditional mountain style and a rustic facade.

The hotel offers various services such as free covered parking, free Wi-Fi, ski lockers and a bugaderia. It also has a living room with a pool table, a restaurant where traditional cuisine is served and a bar where you can have a few drinks.

ROOM TYPE

  • Double: 17m2 surface, bright and with mountain views. The room is equipped with television, heating, wifi, and a complete bathroom. Double bed or two singles.
  • Individual: 10m2 surface, cozy with views of the mountains. Equipped with full bathroom, television, heating and wifi.
  • Triple: 37m2 surface with 3 single beds. Equipped with a full bathroom, heating, television and wifi.
  • Connecting: two connecting rooms with an intermediate door, each room has its own private bathroom. Total area of ??40m2, ideal for families. One room has a double bed, the other has two single beds.
    • Children from 0 to 5 years old have a free stay but both lunch and dinner must be paid at the reception.

    Hotel Univers is located in the Encamp area, a few meters from the Funicamp gondola that gives access to the Grandvalira slopes. It is a building with more than 50 years of history, it has a traditional mountain style and a rustic facade.

    El trato del personal, muy profesional, amable y cercano. A pesar de llegar muy tarde de noche, nos buscaron un sitio para aparcar (ya que el parking del hotel estaba completo) y nos atendieron sin problema al llegar. El resto de días, todo el personal muy servicial y agradable. Tienen unas taquillas en el sótano del hotel donde se pueden guardar los skis y el material que no necesite calefacción. Las botas las tienes que subir a la habitación. El aparcamiento es exterior pero muy cómodo. Sólo estuvo completo el día de la llegada por la noche, que fue un sábado. El resto de mi estancia nunca tuve problema para aparcar, y fui en Semana Blanca. La comida es casera y de excelente calidad. El desayuno muy completo. El pan y los cruasanes eran artesanos.
    El hotel está un tanto anticuado. Las camas podrían mejorarlas, ya que son de 1.90 y para la gente alta se quedan cortas. Cambiando a camas de 2.00 m con unos buenos colchones el hotel mejoraría muchísimo.

    La comida riquísima y el trato del personal del hotel nos trataron muy bien Tienen parking y el acceso a funibus (bus gratuito y frecuente al telecabina de pistas encamp) está súper cerca y pudimos ir sin preocuparnos donde aparcar La calefacción súper bien

    Hotel con buena relacion calidad/precio. Bien ubicado en Encamp, con parada del Funibus para acceso al Funicamp a 300 m. Habitacion doble sencilla pero confortable. Parking gratis descubierto.
    Para subir a esquiar el desayuno lo deberian de servir antes. No abren hasta las 8.

    La recepción hasta la habitación espectacular, hacia años que no me acompañaban y me abrian hasta la puerta. A todo esto la espera de un buen rato hasta que vinieron a abrirnos la habitación.
    La habitación estaba sin calefacción, es decir tienen radiador pero no estaba enchufado entonces al llegar nos morimos de frio antes de que se calentara. La recepción pésima, y sobretodo mucha antipatía. La almohada fatal, ya que es de papel de fumar y te ponen un cojín para arreglarlo. El llavero del hotel no tiene desperdicio es para que no lo robes.

    Desayuno completo con variedad tanto de salado como de dulce. El capuccino de la máquina está especialmente bueno. Cena muy rica tipo menú, con además demostración de los platos y postres caseros (recomiendo la manzana al horno!). Parking gratis y taquilla para material de esquí gratis. La habitación estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos.
    Mobiliario anticuado. Se notaba el mal ambiente que había en la familia que lleva el hotel y la atención fue mediocre, dando la sensación que les molestábamos cuando preguntábamos algo. La calefacción estaba apagada durante el día, estando el baño sin caldear cuando llegábamos de pistas para ducharnos. Para acceder a las taquillas, se pasa por el sótano donde huele a urina y se ven las partes más desagradables del hotel (congeladores viejos y lavandería).

    Es un hotel antiguo, familiar,pero esta todo muy limpio,la cama muy comoda,los dueños muy amables, el desayuno y la cena casera muy buena, sin duda volvere,el parking gratuito, les doy un 10.

    La amabilidad de los dueños del hotel y su cercanía. El parking del hotel está bien y es gratis
    En las fotos de Estiber se ven habitaciones con balcón o ventana grande y en mi caso nos dieron una habitación con una ventana pequeña que daba a la fachada de otro edificio. Podrían incluir fotos donde se vean todos los tipos de habitaciones para que la gente no se lleve luego un chasco.

    L'hotel està molt bé i molt a prop de pistes.
    Falta wifi a l'habitació. El menjar està bé, però es fa repetitiu. Les recepcionistes són una mica seques i no ens van atendre en català
