The friendliness, the location, the comfort, the food, the spa. It?s impossible to say which was best. ALL were excellent.

La comida y la ubicación son excelentes.
Deberían comunicar con antelación si se requiere Parquing en el establecimiento. A pesar de que hay sitio en los alrededores, lo pedimos tres veces y nos dijeron que 'dependiendo de la disponibilidad' pero sin posibilidad de reservar. Deberían informar mejor al respecto.

La tranquilidad fuera de temporada, la amabilidad de los trabajadores, la habitación (aunque hay aspectos de la decoración que cambiaría)...
En la zona de la piscina no había tumbonas y el agua estaba bastante fría. El jacuzzi super bien, pero no controlaban los tiempos de algunos clientes que no dejaban a los demás bañarse.

Ubicación La amabilidad de las dueñas personas de recepción
El hotel se corresponde con un 3 estrellas en España. Cena bastante mala, de hecho sólo cenamos en el hotel el primer día. La piscina tenía el agua muy fría y el jacuzzi igual. El encargado del comedor francamente muy antipático

Ubicación y acceso a pistas
Nos habían adjudicado una habitación con una cama de matrimonio, siendo dos hombres, como figuraba en la reserva. Nos la cambiaron gracias a que era temporada muy baja, pero ¿Qué habría pasado en caso de estar completo?. Este aspecto es claramente mejorable.

la ubicación, que dispusieran de guardaskis y asi evitar mojar la habitación y demás. Los camareros y sobre todo el metre del restaurante EL MEJOR.
La temperatura del agua de la piscina (muy fría) y en la habitación por el contrario tuvimos que quitar la calefación porque te despertabas en medio de la noche sudando.

La ubicación es una pasada!
Ha habido algunos problemas con la reserva con la gente del hotel, nos querían conrar suplemento por ser adultos y ocupar una habitación familiar, pero en ningún momento estaba definido así en la reserva. Al final todo bien pero fue un susto.
