Una atención formidable, tuvimos una incidencia medica y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Hasta nos prestaron una silla de ruedas para poder trasladarnos con mayor facilidad.

Tanto el trato como la comida excepcionales. Las habitaciones no estan a la última pero son amplias y muy cómoda la cama. Servicio de spa y masajes fantástico. Al lado alquiler de material de esquí y las pistas de Ordino Arcalís a 10'
Al final con las bebidas la media pensión sube un poquito más...

Quasi tot. L'habitació molt acollidora, la restauració immillorable, la decoració del conjunt de l'establiment. Tot.
Potser enguany ha baixat una mica la qualitat dels cambrers. Però crec que és un problema generalitzat en el mercat laboral d'Andorra.

Esta un poco lejos de el funcamp para poder acceder a la estacion de grandvalira, pero si se va a ordino o pal arinsal esta muy bien su ubicacion!

El Spa es una pasada, la ubicación del hotel y la habitación muy cómoda y suficientemente grande
El trato en el comedor en el desayuno, avisé por email antes de llegar y también en recepción de mi intolerancia al gluten y por la mañana no tenían nada, tuve que insistir varias veces para un trocito de pan. Un hotel así tendrían que cuidar más estas cosas. Me sorprendió porque en el Xalet Bringué anteriormente me ofrecieron de todo y más para desayunar y el trato fue infinitamente mejor.

El hotel está muy bien, el personal muy amable, el spa muy bien cuidado y coqueto. Merece la pena la media pensión, cenas de menú de muy buena calidad. El desayuno buffet muy completo y variado, el personal muy atento.
Todo ha estado genial, nada que decir.

Su ubicación es buenisima para ir a las pistas de Ordino, el hotel es muy bonito y acogedor.
Lo que no me acaba de gustar es la comida ( pero el desayuno si ) y la atención de los camareros.

La proximitat a l?estació i l?atenció del personal.
Molt poca varietat a l?esmorzar amb una gran base de bolleria. Suc de ?taronja? artificial. La tostadora va estar espatllada tota l?estància. Els aperitius sempre venien acompanyats de ?galletas o pececitos salados?. El sopar era bo, però també poca varietat. Les instal.lacions són antigues. Tot això fa que aquest hotel estigui molt sobrevalorat per tenir la distinció de 4*. Un hotel de 4* no pot tenir els seus clients durant 4 dies amb la tostadora espatllada o servint aigua amb colorant (suc de taronja). Per cert les aigües s?han de pagar.... No tornarem, segur.

La atencion del hotel, de la masajista, y el restaurante
Por decir algo, el menu de las cenas no ha variado desde hace años....voy cada año a este hotel y siempre tienen el mismo menu, muy rico todo, pero siempre es el mismo....

El spa es muy bonito y la decoración muy elegante. La comida estaba muy buena y el comedor es muy íntimo y acogedor. Se encuentra muy cerca de pistas y cuenta con taquillas para guardar el material y al lado una tienda de alquiler de material de esqui. Los camareros del restaurante son muy amables y profesionales. En general excelente.
La atención en recepción fue pésima, no nos informaron de nada, muy poca amabilidad y cero organización. La chica del spa tampoco nos informó de nada y luego nos echó con prisas y comentarios muy poco profesionales, aunque fuera entre sonrisas. La habitación tenia unas vistas muy bonitas pero la cama y las almohadas fueron una tortura. Dos noches de no dormir en absoluto y un dolor de espalda que nos durará días. Cuesta de creer que en un hotel tan elegante como este se tenga que dormir en estas condiciones.

El hotel en si es bonito y agradable con una bonita decoración.
No nos ha gustado a ninguno de las 3 habitaciones que teníamos.. que teniendo todos niños la sala principal del hotel no permitia entrar a niños, tampoco podían entrar en el spa...en 1 de las habitaciones no funcionaba la televisión correctamente (los niños no se podían entretener en el hotel) no es un hotel para ir con niños. Los refrescos, agua y bebidas excesivamente caro. no nos permitieron llevar perro y en la entrada tenían un perro grande sentado todo el dia? no nos molestaba pero no se entiende. la atención no ha sido mala pero no como debería para un hotel de esas características.
