With views of the mountains, the rooms are large and comfortable. With wooden ceilings and tiled floors, they are decorated in dark green tones. Todo. El desayuno completo, con opciones dulces (churros, cruasanes, bolas de chocolate y cañas de chocolate muy ricas), opción saladas (bacon crujiente, huevos y variedad de embutidos para hacerte una tostada), cereales con leche, fruta y cafés. La habitación muy bien amueblada y espaciosa y con vistas a las pistas o a las montañas (depende de la orientación de la habitación). La atención/servicio muy bien y la ubicación también.
Las almohadas eran muy finas. Poco cómodas para dormir.

El hotel muy limpio, bonito y muy bien ubicado para esquiar. Almuerzo bufet y la gente amable y preocupada por ver que todo estaba bien.
La atención de una persona de recepción, no funcionaba el sabado después de esquiar l tarjeta de entrar a la habitación y estuvimos 30 min en el pasillo. Tampoco me gusto el servicio del parking, te cobran el día si llegamos viernes noche y el domingo lo dejas antes d las 12 medio día o tienes que pagar el día aunque sea hasta medio día. Deberían hacer cobros parciales.

The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Esmorzar, servei de porta-esquís, ubicació, accés a pistes. Amabilitat del personal de l'hotel.
Tovalloles i sabons de l'habitació, no poder regular la calefacció, poc personal per fer el check out. Aparcament. El forfait no estava a l'hotel i vem haver de fer cua a l'estació d'esquí.

La mayoría de cosas, está muyyyy bien!
Que haya que devolver la llave del guardaesquís el último día a las 12 hrs. Es un incordio no poder dejar tus cosas en el guardaesquís para poder cambiarte. gracias,

Su ubicación y la atención recibida.
Dejar el parking al mismo tiempo que la habitación. No me lo advirtieron a la hora de contratarlo. Perdí una buena hora el domingo por la mañana entre buscar sitio y subir a pistas. De haberlo sabido con antelación me hubiera organizado de otra manera.

Muy cerca de las pistas y buen ambiente , el desayuno sencillo pero muy bueno!
El Spa está un poco dejado , el agua del jacuzzi fria , baño de vapor no funcionaba bien y la ducha biotérmica con agua helada.
