Food at the buffet for dinner was usually not warm, needed the microwave to have warm food. The food itself was good. The beds are short and small. Everything could use some updating

Cena muy bien para un tres estrellas. Todo el personal muy atento. Servicio muy eficaz de transporte a las pistas.
Detalles en la limpieza y mantenemiento de la habitación: p.ej. pelo ajeno en las almohadas, papel higienico muy escaso, ... pero lo solucionaron rapidamente cuando les avisamos

Las chicas de la recepción muy poco amables. El agua de la Piscina fría. El desayuno igual los dos dias. La limpieza del hotel justita. No es buena relación calidad precio

Soy cliente repetidor , si repito es porque me gusta este hotel, me gusto mucho la atención del restaurante
No me gusto nada las vistas de la habitación, les pedí precio directo, les dije q era repetidor, al ser algo más económico a través de Estiber reserve esta opción, nos dieron una habitación con vista a una escalera de emergencia , no veíamos el cielo ni la montaña, simplemente una pared y un hierro, también había alojado un viaje de estudios, el cual no paraba de hacer ruido , nos asignaron una habitación en un piso lleno de estudiantes, no paraban de tocarnos en la puerta pensando q éramos una habitación más del grupo, la habitación triple no es triple, es una doble con cama extra en el pasillo, cuando vas al baño tienes que rozar al tercer Pax para poder entrar, no hay espacio en armarios para 3, soy profesional de la hostelería, trabajé 10 temporadas en Andorra , nunca me alojé en triple en este hotel, no pudimos hacer uso de la piscina porque con 120 niños alojados esa piscina parecía un parque acuático, Nadir del personal de asomaba para tranquilizar a los niños.

El trato del personal es excelente, muy cercano y familiar. La comida buena y variada, no repites si no quieres en toda la semana. La piscina genial, ideal para después de esquiar. En general muy recomendable, volveremos por 4a vez sin dudarlo.
Ya no se puede aparcar en la calle.

Cada servicio está en un piso del hotel y al haber solo un ascensor a veces era difícil cogerlo. Muchas escalera.

Personal atento y agradable.
Aunque no es una queja, creo que debería mejorar un poco los platos principales del bufé. El resto del bufé, justo, pero correcto. El café exprés de la máquina del bufé, infumable... , me tomé 2 expresos, que me cobraron, que no eran mucho mejores

El personal de Animación, del bar y del restaurante. Muy atentos.
Mucho calor en todo el hotel. Me levantaron de la cama para cambiar el coche de plaza de parking, porque se habían equivocado al asignarlo.
