Cercanía a pistas
Soy celiaca y no tenían productos sin gluten, ni siquiera propusieron alternativas para que pudiera desayunar algo. La habitación tenía telarañas.

La localización.
El primer día se nos indicó que para el parking diario en la calle hay que ir a la estación de servicio a que se nos dé el cambio necesario para pagar la máquina. A la salida descubrimos que hay una app para pagar el parking en la calle. A la entrada no se nos indica que hay una sala para guardar el material de ski. Nos damos cuenta cuando vemos a la gente entrar en la sala. Epidemia de gripe A en el hotel (trabajadores y clientes del desayuno enfermos desde el principio de la semana, lo que nos lleva a estar enfermos desde el martes y a no poder aprovechar de nuestra estancia ni de los forfaits por enfermedad). Demasiado calor en las habitaciones. Colchón de baja calidad.

El hotel perfecto. Personal muy amable.
El desayuno mínimo, muy poca variedad. Se echa en falta un poco de proteína ya que muchos de los que vamos ahí es para esquiar?( únicamente había bollería, pan tostado, jamón dulce, queso, salami y fruta)

Sutuacion y limpieza. Habiracion y baño grande Buena calefacción
Todo bien solo echo en falta edredón en lugar de las mantas y en el desayuno huevo y pan integral. Con eso ya sería perfecto.

El hotel está situado en Canillo, perfecto para aparcar bien, ya que no está tan masificado y moverte a cualquiera de las pistas fácilmente, tanto a pocos minutos en coche para llegar al parking del sector de Tarter o ir andando directamente desde el hotel hasta el huevo que te sube a las pistas. Nos gustaba movernos al Tarter ya que aquí no hace falta telecabina para bajar, si no que hay pistas que llegan hasta el parking. Nos encantó, la gente fue muy agradable y el ambiente acogedor. La habitación además era enorme
Mejoraría el desayuno, pero tampoco está mal.

Quizá en el baño debería haber mampara en la ducha. Podría haber plátanos en el buffet del desayuno y un pequeño frigorífico en la habitación.

El hotel está muy bien,las habitaciones son amplías, impecable,mi almohada no era tan cómoda..pero en general la habitación y la atención de recepción un 10.
El desayuno,poca variedad y además pedí aceite para poner en el pan,que tampoco había tomate y en pocas palabras me dijeron que el aceite en mi casa. Así que la atención por las señoras muy mal.
