La atencion al cliente, el restaurante y sus camareros y la comida
Hace falta una clara remodelacion de las habitaciones, el baño era muy antiguo y la ducha no tenia la presion suficiente, las camas demasiado blandas igual que las almohadas.

El hotel es estupendo tanto para familias como grupo de amigos y parejas, destaco la atención del personal en especial Martín que se esmeró en hacernos la estancia muy agradable, siempre atento y sonriente, mil gracias!!

La ubicación del hotel y el acceso a las pistas es fantastico. En el desayuno un bufet rico y variado.
La cena es regular, no por falta de variedad, si no poco apetecible. El agua caliente para la ducha un poco justa, le falta temperatura.

Personal muy amable. Comida rica y variada. Tener tan cerca tanto el spa como el gym y la bolera.
Los baños que necesitan una buena reforma, la limpieza de habitaciones que también se podría mejorar (había pelusas por todas partes)

comida los calientes muy malos. los frios y embutidos bien... poca variedad de panes.... nochevieja el amenizador de lo noche malisimo hizo q nos fuesemos a dormir, mala eleccion por parte del hotel.

La ubicación era de 10, la comida de calidad aun que no mucha variación, la atención y comodidad adecuadas.
No mucha variedad de comida en el buffet La limpieza de la habitación algo escasa, ya que había mucho polvo y yo como persona alérgica al polvo estuve los 3 días moqueando. Deberían mejorar bastante la limpieza

Servicio de crepes i tortillas en el desayuno. Top! Coctel con o sin alcohol gratuito a consumir en el bar del hotel. Buen detalle.
El plato de ducha de la habitación rebosaba agua hacia el lado contrario al desagüe. Tuvimos que utilizar toallas i el albornoz para no inundar (literal) el baño.

L'Hotel en general i les instal·lacions com la bolera en particular, amb nens es genial. L'esmorzar també molt complert i bo.
La wifi gratuïta falla bastant, la calefacció estava desmesuradament alta i no hi havia termòstat a l'habitació.

Todo fue perfecto y el precio era muy asequible.
Los cuadros gigantes de la planta baja son un horror que resta muchos enteros al atractivo visual del hotel. Imagino que son del cuñado de alguien a quien su familia le ha dicho que es un artista y se lo ha creído. Una lástima, porque el hotel en sí mismo es espectacular.
