La atención del personal, el ambiente acogedor del hotel, y su excelente situación.
La habitación es excesivamente pequeña, así como el baño. Una tarde, al ir a ducharme, el agua salía casi fría.

El tracte personal és fantàstic Hi ha servei de trasllat i recollida a pistes, a l?accés de Soldeu, però es pot arribar a l?hotel esquiant per un camí preciós Amables i atents, s?adapten a les teves necessitats en tot moment Habitacions confortables i suficients Davant l?hotel hi ha un Snow Park obert de 15:00h a 22:00, amb el forfait de Grandvalira, que fa ambient!
