Muy bien, todo muy limpio y recibido, calefacción estupenda. Mobiliario en perfectas condiciones. Camas muy cómodas.
Nada , todo perfecto por parte del hotel. Por parte de los clientes la falta de respecto al entrar y salir delas habitaciones por la noche.

El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. El hotel muy cómodo y bien ubicado. Buen desayuno! Camas cómodas y habitación calentita. Wifi en todo el hotel. Muy recomendado!

Es lo que esperaba. Buscaba una estancia no muy cara para las fechas de Carnaval. Se trata de un hotel de tres estrellas y acceso por el funicamp. Si quieres otra cosa hay que pagarla. La atención a través de la web, para solventar dudas fue rápida y eficaz.

La relació qualitat-preu és molt bona. És un bon hotel per a persones que volen esquiar i tenir un lloc on anar a reposar
Caldria facilitar l?aparcament per als cotxes. La neteja del bany no era impecable; hi havia cabells a la dutxa.

No se ni que poner.
Al llegar no teniamos llave de la habitación porque estaba rota y teniamos que pedir la llave maestra en recepción cada vez que queriamos entrar, no habia cortina de ducha y para colmo a mi novia le desapareció un maquillaje valorado en 40? cuando vinieron a limpiar la habitación. Un desastre total. No volveremos ni lo recomendaremos. Pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones y aún no se han puesto en contacto con nosotros para recompensarnos.

Acceso a funicamp cerca
El check in no lo pudimos hacer hasta las 16h pk no tenian lista la habitación y así cada dia? llegábamos cansadas y teniamos que esperar a qye limpiaran la habitación.

Lo único bueno son las vistas que hay, si os toca la parte buena, y el wifi no iba mal
No nos limpiaron la habitación, la puerta no tiene pestillo y no cerraba bien, el bufet sencillo no mucha variedad, el lavabo horrible, se movía la tapa del bater y la ducha no tiene para coger la alcachofa.

La habitación en la que estuvimos era amplia y còmoda, pero lo mejor sin duda era que estaba muy bien comunicado con lineas de autobuses de transporte publico tanto para llegar a las pistas como al centro de Andorra.
Mejoraria la comida.

Es un hotel ideal para ir a esquiar. Es un hotel sencillo pero familiar. El staff del hotel es muy atento y acogedor. Es una buena opción pasar unos días en familia o en pareja.
