Lo mejor sin lugar a duda fue la ubicación, por eso lo elegimos. Habíamos leído las críticas que le hace falta una actualización y es verdad pero cumple su función. Lo que si quiero destacar es la buena atención y predisposición de Rosa en la recepción y de Carlos Y Salek en el comedor. Nada más que por ellos (y el lugar hermoso que es Espot) volveríamos al mismo hotel.
La limpieza en la habitación dejaba mucho que desear. La bañera estaba sucia cuando llegamos a la habitación. El gift shop fue casi misión imposible poder entrar porque la mujer que lo atendía nunca aparecía en el horario que decía; por suerte Rosa lo solucionó.

El acceso a las pistas
No me ha gustado absolutamente nada del alojamiento. Las habitaciones super viejas, no estaban limpias, los colchones super incómodos. Olía a mierda desde el baño, que teníamos que estar siempre con la puerta cerrada. La comida asquerosa. Nunca en mi vida he tenido una mala experiencia. No es un hotel, es un albergue y de muy malas condiciones. No tendría que llevar el nombre de hotel. Ya lo podéis quitar de vuestra lista de acuerdos.

Lo único por decir bueno era la ubicación.
El hotel está viejo, nos pusieron en la habitación 505 de la 5ta planta y no hemos podido dormir porque encima nuestro estaban las bombas de la calefacción y dentro de la habitación estuvimos toda la noche a 55 decibelios, hemos bajado a la recepción y nos dijeron que ya sabían el problema que tenía esta habitación y las dos colindantes pero que no podían cambiarnos. Esto es para denunciar no se pueden vender unas habitaciones con este nivel de ruido cuando el normal no puede pasar de 25 decibelios. La siguiente noche nos cambiaron a otra habitación pero tampoco era del todo silenciosa. La comida es un desastre patatas fritas con gusto a aceite quemado, espaguetis que chorrean agua y que le ponen salsa de tomate frito directo del bote, no hay variedad de comida y el nivel de la comida es peor que un comedor escolar. La limpieza es mala, hay pelos en la habitación. Deberían separar por plantas a los estudiantes que nos tocaron la puerta por la noche hacen ruido por el pasillo

Limpieza de la habitación, trato del personal, ubicación.
Desayuno muy mejorable, mala cobertura del wifi en la habitación, mala insonorización de la habitación (se escucha absolutamente todo el ruido de la gente que anda por el pasillo), poca presión de agua en la ducha.

L'accueil et l'amabilité de l'ensemble du personnel, la situation au pied des pistes.
Pas de possibilité de régler le chauffage dans les chambres, évier bouché 2 jours malgré l'avoir signalé dès le premier jour. Certains matelas sont "bien fatigués"...

La ideal ubicación del hotel para ir a esquiar. La atención de todo el personal espectacular.
Los colchones estaban muy blandos, te undias hasta el somier, no pude descansar bien. Cada dia encontramos pelos en las almohadas.

atención especial a necesidades alimenticias como alergias y vegetarianos con platos específicos, buen trato, buena limpieza, amables y ubicación excelente al lado del telesilla principal

la ubicación y la comodidad
Las habitaciones del piso 5 tienen mucho ruido constante (imaginamos de la calefacción). Es facil de solucionar con tapones de oido.

La comida y el mobiliario. Las sillas del comedor son antiguas y bajas. Y la comida simplemente es correcta.

En el servicio de alquiler del material fueron muy incompetentes porque me pedían un documento. En pistas sé quedaron el que llevaba donde aparecía forfaid + alquiler material. Y nos hicieron pagar a parte el alquiler de los cascos.
