The rooms are equipped with all the necessary services to enjoy a comfortable stay; heating, exterior views, bathroom etc. Daily cleaning service. 

Hotel Mu offers its clients a wide variety of services so that the experience of the stay is complete, they have a Spa area with hydromassage bathtub, jacuzzi, hammam, steam bath ..(TEMPORARILY CLOSED). Private parking, 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, space leisure, terrace and garden and the facilities are adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Ubicat a prop de la estació.
No tindre aparcament en el hotel amb el preu de la reserva. Carregador elèctric per el cotxe en el pàrquing hotel.

El trato del personal y el estado del hotel en general era muy bueno, el acceso a las pistas estaba bien ya que estaba a mitad de camino tanto de Ordino como de Pal.
El acceso al parking era un poco complicado pero salvable y el spa podría estar en mejores condiciones para el precio que tiene

Muy limpio, el personal muy atento y amable. Habitaciones muy milpias, baño en muy buen estado, limpio y con bebidas de cortesía en l habitación incluidas, todo un detalle
Entrada al parking un poco justa para coches grandes, pero el precio es justo.

Las habitaciones son realmente de 4 estrellas, modernas y el detalle del cava, las infusiones y café con tetera son un extra que se agradece. El baño es amplio y muy completo. La cama es comodísima y la tele de gran tamaño ( podría estar colgada y se vería mejor desde la cama)
El puff como cama supletoria que tienen todas las habitaciones podría valer para niños pequeños pero no para mayores pues no hay sitio para extenderlo bien. (entiendo que cuando van grupos de niños para la semana blanca les valga ) pero por la categoría del hotel no deberían ofrecerlo como cama supletoria para adultos. Luego en el hotel esto da problemas tanto al personal del hotel como a los clientes. AGRADECERÍA REVISAR ESTE ASUNTO ...

La cena muy bien y es de menú con variats opciones y muy bueno, se agradece poder estar sentado y que no sea bufet.
En las habitaciones se escuchaba todo, huéspedes que entraban y salían de al lado y también de otros puntos del pasillo así como las voces, televisiones, etc

La atenta atención en el comedor.
La ducha de las habitaciones podría mejorarse, el agua sale con tanta presión que no resulta agradable. Estuvimos en la habitación 403. Por el resto todo perfecto.

Habitación con balcón, atención del personal, fácil aparcamiento, detalle de bienvenida en la habitación.
El mando de la TV no funcionaba, por lo tanto no podías cambiar de canal, nos cambiaron las pilas pero era el mando que estaba estropeado. El desagüe de la ducha estaba atorado y formaba ?piscina?, algo bastante incómodo.
