La ubicación y la atención del personal.
Está algo antiguo, la camas regulares, el parking es muy pequeña y necesita reserva. Así que si no tienes mucha suerte te tocará aparcar muy lejos.

El trato del personal excelente, sobre todo los camarer@s del comedor y cafetería
Bueno, el hotel está ya un poquito ya para restaurar, pero así todo genial, es la 3°vez q voy y seguiré iendo.

Hotel precioso , perfecto ubicado , comida buena calidad , sin lujos, personal increíble...me dieron una habitación quintuple al ser tres
Instalaciones a renovar, mantas, sábanas colchones para cambiar ,exterior tb....solo es mantenimiento , el hotel es precioso

El hotel es de cuento, es precioso. La ubicación excelente, el trato, la comida..... Las vistas ?????? El remonte a 3 min a pie desde el hotel, pudimos alquilar el equipo allí mismo, el coche en su parking interior, no había plazas en el exterior, estaban ocupadas. Todo bastante bien de precio. Volveremos SEGURO
El hotel necesita un poco de mimo en el mantenimiento por decir algo.

Friendly helpful staff, easy check in, Easy to collect ski pass in hotel. Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was fantastic buffet style, all clean,fresh and hot. Definitely booking again for next year.
I had two faults in my room on arrival. 1. The sink had been cracked but didn't leak. 2. Bedside socket had face cover missing. I reported these faults to reception as not to be charged when leaving. The rooms are Abit dated.

Habitación pequeña, ruidosa. Habia un grupo escolar y la verdad que eran muy escandalosos. Cosa que no es culpa del Hotel.

La atención en recepción por parte de Roxana y en el restaurante dé Iván.
La habitación no funcionaba la TV, estaba sucia, no tenía escobilla en el WC, el tremendo ruido de los grupos de chicos jóvenes, por la noche, durante la noche y por la mañana. No juzgo a los chicos pero el hotel sabiendo que son escandalosos esos grupos podían poner las habitaciones sueltas en otra planta.

Pedimos que nos dieran una habitación alejada del ruido y cumplieron nuestra petición. Hotel de montaña que tiene todo lo necesario. Teníamos media pensión y la comida fue mejor que la última vez que nos alojamos ahí.

La atención del hotel perfecta, sobre todo Sandra la chica del bufet muy atenta y simpática
Por poner un pero los colchones, que erar un poco blandos por lo demás estupendo y la comida del bufet tendría que estar un poco más caliente.

El acceso a las pistas. Los servicios que ofrecía el hotel, la comida, la atención al cliente.
La habitación no se veía demasiado limpia, de hecho había una mancha en la pared que parecía reciente y no sé ni de que era. Por la ventana entraba mucho aire, la permeabilidad era nula. El hotel se veía muy gastado.

El hotel tiene su encanto, las camas cómodas, el desayuno de diez y el personal super atento. El spa está súper bien y los masajes fenomenal. El baño me gustó mucho su distribución.
