La atención del hotel perfecta, sobre todo Sandra la chica del bufet muy atenta y simpática
Por poner un pero los colchones, que erar un poco blandos por lo demás estupendo y la comida del bufet tendría que estar un poco más caliente.

El acceso a las pistas. Los servicios que ofrecía el hotel, la comida, la atención al cliente.
La habitación no se veía demasiado limpia, de hecho había una mancha en la pared que parecía reciente y no sé ni de que era. Por la ventana entraba mucho aire, la permeabilidad era nula. El hotel se veía muy gastado.

El hotel tiene su encanto, las camas cómodas, el desayuno de diez y el personal super atento. El spa está súper bien y los masajes fenomenal. El baño me gustó mucho su distribución.

Sinceramente son excelentes en todo el servicio que nos brindaron!! El hotel excelente, la ubicación, la amabilidad de los empleados, la comida, todo!! el último día de esquí cerraron la estación por mal clima y Estiber nos devolvió el día de fortfai completo y de alquiler de los equipos. Sin dudas los recomiendo y volvería a viajar con ellos.

El personal del restaurante súper agradable y profesional. El jacuzzi para dos personas de 55 minutos.
La recepcionista del hotel que nos atendió según llegamos, muy desagradable. Tanto con la información solicitada como para darnos soluciones a los problemas planteados.

El parking da a la salida de una pista, está muy bien situado. Buen buffet desayuno. Bar con precios asequibles. Máquina para canjear forfaits en recepción.
Falta aislamiento acústico en las habitaciones. El control de temperatura de las habitaciones no funcionaba correctamente.

El trato de la encargada de comedor tanto con la gente como con sus propios compañeros, muy déspota!! Y el acceso a la pista estaba sin arreglar Y por supuesto lo del aparcamiento es una ruina

Hay un acceso a las pistas por una puerta lateral.
Había grupos de niños que no dejaban de gritar, dar portazos y correr durante toda la noche. Imposible dormir. Me quejé en recepción pero no arreglaron el problema. El buffet de la cena no era muy variado y además había que aguantar los gritos de las mesas de los niños.
