La habitación 61 era bastante pequeña, nos sorprendió que tantos rincones tuvieran tanto polvo. Como alérgico a los ácaros, el viernes fue un poco drama hasta que ventilamos la habitación

Está muy cerca del telecabina de La Massana
El peor cualidad-precio de mi vida. Carísimo para estar en un búnker de habitación. Una habitación súper pequeña y de los años 70. Hasta tenía un agujero en la puerta del lavabo. Además daba en un cielo abierto minúsculo, imposible saber qué tiempo hacia fuera. Un bunker. Las paredes super finas que escuchábamos a todo el mundo, y nos llegaba el olor de porro de los vecinos. Además los camareros del desayuno super mal educados. Hotel HORRIBLE. NUNCA MÁS VOLVERÉ AHÍ. No tiene 3 estrellas NI DE COÑA, pusieron las estrellas en el 1985.

Ha mejorado mucho la comida. La atención del restaurante es perfecta.
La entrada al hotel con los skis es un poco complicada,y aque el acceso al los guardaskis está cerrado el acceso y no hay timbre. Tiene que entrar alguien cruzar toda la recepción y abrir por detrás.

El desayuno es completo, y las habitaciones están limpias.
Las zonas comunas del hotel no huelen bien. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y se oye todo lo de las otras habitaciones. En general, deberían facilitar los forfaits en el hotel para ahorrarte las colas en pistas.

Estábamos rodeados de adolescentes los cuales no nos han dejado dormir porque estaban bebiendo y chillando al lado. El Wi-fi no iba en la habitación.

La cercanía con las pistas/remonte, poder guardar el material en consignas.
Coincidimos con un grupo bastante grande de adolescentes y estuvieron haciendo muchísimo ruido hasta casi la 1 de la madrugada.

La habitación muy grande, limpia y con acceso a una terraza grande. La comida de buffet con bastante variedad. El servicio y atención en el hotel excelente.
Había un poco calor en la habitación por culpa de la calefacción.

El no tener que depender de un bus que te suba a pistas es lo mejor. Vendría mucho más tuviese la opción de alojarme en la massana.
Las pausas del autobus siempre en ponts y siempre en el mismo lugar no me gustan nada. Según la web se para al subir pero al bajar el domingo pone explícitamente que es directo hasta BCN, no hay razón para una parada 45 minutos.

La relació de qualitat preu, tant de l'hotel com dels serveis prestats, molt bona.
Espai i facilitats per a canviar-se de roba insuficient. Provoca que hi hagi gent que se serveixi dels lavabos per canviar-se de roba.
