El personal atento.
La habitación que nos dieron, de la ducha se salió todo el agua la mampara no cerraba bien, inundando todo el suelo, fue muy incómodo.

buena ubicacion del hotel
la limpieza del hotel, al llegar la habitación olia mucho a tabaco y en el baño había ceniza en el suelo. los forfais en vez de en el hotel se recogían en pista

La calefacción funcionaba muy bien y la cama es cómoda. La ubicación perfecta, en todo el centro de Jaca.
Una de las noches hubo problemas con un grupo grande de adolescentes que estaban alojados, montando escándalo a casi la 1 de la mañana,no dejando dormir al resto de gente. El personal del hotel no les llamó la atención hasta que nosotros no nos quejamos del ruido. A pesar de que ellos estaban en la primera planta y nosotros en la tercera, se escuchaba todo, así como a los de la habitación de al lado, vamos, la paredes son de papel. El wifi lento y con cortes. El desayuno tipo buffet pero con poquísima variedad.
