The Jaume I is a cozy traditional Andorran architecture hotel. Located in the center of Andorra la Vella, the hotel has 70 spacious rooms, spread over two buildings, each have TV 32 inch plasma with different channels spanish, english and french, music and telephone. Free wi-fi available in common areas and the cafeteria. Bathrooms in the rooms are fully equipped.
The hotel has a restaurant on the top floor of the main building and the cuisine offered is traditional Andorran.
During summer months you can enjoy the magnificent sun terrace or enjoy a drink outdoors.

La atención del personal y la facilidad de hacer la reserva en esta web.
Que cada vez que había que entrar y salir del parking del hotel, teníamos que avisar a recepción para que abrieran o cerraran la puerta.

Atención del recepcionista
Calidad del desayuno, zumo sabor a plástico, toda la bollería industrial, café de puchero, el pan lo servían en el buffet ya tostado y poca variedad para elegir que desayunar. Cena de campamento escolar, nos sentamos y nos sirvieron macarrones y carne empanada, sin opción a elegir otra cena. Habitación, dejando a un lado la decoración antigua que daba sensación de poco mantenimiento, las camas y almohadas se notaban que eran antiguas (colchón hundido).

La habitacion era simple pero estaba limpia. El hotel esta cerca del centro de Andorra la Vella.
Este hotel no es de 3*, tal vez de dos o una estrella seria adequado. Las instalaciones son antiguas, las camas pequenas y incomodas. El desayuno era una decepcion grande, poca variedad y de mala calidad. Pan, queso y jamon, huevos solo los primeros clientes y sobre todo habia pasteles dulces empaquetados. La cena no era mejor y tambien la hora a las 21h era demasiado tarde si hay que desayunar a las 7.30h el dia siguiente...

El trato de la guía Claudia, ha sido muy bueno. La puntualidad muy bien.
Eramos algunos principiantes absolutos, y si bien no teníamos clases, nadie nos dijo que debíamos tomar el teleférico y salimos directamente a pistas (tomando la aerosilla). Un mal momento para quienes no sabían esquiar.

La atención de los trabajadores
La comida en los desayunos era escasa y el sabado, cuando me costó aparcar en la calle 2 euros 1 día en zona verde, en el hotel me iban a cobrar 15 euros? jeje cosas...

Cerca del centro de Andorra la Vella, traslado a pistas rápido y cómodo en bus
Limpieza: había sábanas con quemaduras visibles de cigarrillo, los manteles del comedor estaban sucios, la vajilla a veces también El agua en ocasiones salía fría, en el mejor de los casos templada Se alojó a dos personas en una habitación que era claramente individual, cobrándoles el mismo precio que a sus compañeros que gozaron de habitaciones más grandes. El hotel no ofreció ninguna solución al respecto.

El servicio de recepción era lo único correcto. El personal era amable e intentaba ayudar.
La cama era horrible. Un colchón que debería haber sido cambiado hace muchos muchos años. Dormí muy mal debido a la incomodidad.

Lovely staff and clients. Magic experience.
Our lift passes were not functioning with the wrong dates. Took us an hour or so to fix at the reception. Maybe just check the dates of the passes in the future to check they are correct.

El personal era muy amable.
Para empezar no decía en ningún lado que el parking costara 15? la noche, un gasto que no teníamos previsto y tuvimos que aceptar porque no había otra opción. En segundo lugar nos hospedaron en un edificio secundario al otro lado de la calle que estaba visiblemente en obras. La habitación que nos ofrecieron era muy espaciosa pero la cama de matrimonio era horrible. Era delgada, rechinaba con solo sentarte y cuando nos tumbábamos los dos se vencía. Pedimos un cambio y nos dejaron otra habitación en el edificio principal con una cama más silenciosa pero igual de incómoda que la primera. En tercer lugar, escogimos opción de alojamiento y desayuno y no pudimos aprovecharlo ningún día porque era de muy mala calidad. Nos ofrecieron frankfurts cortados con tijera y huevos duros de la nevera. Tuvimos que desayunar fuera todos los días. No hay duda de que no volveremos, ni recomendaremos a nadie este hotel.

Me ha gustado mucho, un hotel genial, habitacion grande, camas grandes, habitaciones con una buena temperatura, atención buena... repetiremos.
Lo único que puedo opinar que no me ha gustado han sido las almohadas, que por suerte me llevé la mia de casa, y el desayuno, muy poca variedad, sin fruta, mayormente pan y pastas.... También quitaría la cortina de la bañera y pondría una mampara porque se moja todo el baño con esa cortina tan pequeña.

Las instalaciones, el desayuno (había un zumo que era el peor zumo que jamás había probado), las camas muy malas(muy complicado poder descansar; puedo entender que las instalaciones sean antiguas pero las camas deberían renovarse para al menos poder dormir).

La entrega y ayuda del servicio nocturno del hotel
Lo incomodas que son las camas y las almohadas del sitio. No se descansa bien precisamente.

Que no se vinculen mediante un código QR o similar las promociones de Estiber con los centros externos. Siempre acostumbra a dar algun que otro problema.

Le lieu, peu de place du parking à l'hôtel et une vrai galère pour stationner à l'extérieure, le petit déjeuner à éviter, très bruyant toute la nuit, chambre non insonorisée, literie inconfortable
