Cercanía a los pistas
Hay un bar en frente de las habitaciones con música alta hasta las 5 de la mañana, imposible dormir por el ruido. La comida de bolso congelada. El spa con solo dos tumbonas y sin taquillas.

La ubicación al lado de las pistas y la amplitud de la habitación y el baño.
Tuvimos varios problemas: nos cambiaron de habitación porque no iba la ducha y en la nueva habitación no iba casi ningún canal de TV. El spa no tenía habilitado el jacuzzi y no nos avisaron previamente.

Guarda esquís privado de gran calidad y parking privado muy fácil de aparcar, la habitación bastante grande y con todas las comodidades, precio calidad de lo mejor de soldeu.
Por poner un pero, faltaban algunos radiadores en la habitación para secar la ropa después de esquiar.

Estaba bien ubicado. El personal amable. Y en general estuvimos muy bien.
No son cosas muy importantes, pero el radiador del baño hacía muchísimo ruido, asi que lo tuvimos que tener cerrado. Y la mamapara de la ducha era diminuta asi que se mojaba todo.

Las habitaciones, la ubicación, personal excelente, la taquilla gratuita para los esquís?
El suelo de la habitación estaba muy deteriorado a pesar de ser nuevo, el colchón demasiado blando (como muy gastado) y tal vez necesitarían un poco más de espacios comunes y un spa más grande / piscina

Que estuviera al lado de la estación, ese es mi único motivo, por lo demás insatisfecha totalmente.
El trato hacia el hospedado, ya que para nada son resolutivos ni atentos, les sobra las estrellas por que bajo mi criterio para nada es un hotel que deba de tenerlas.

Very good location! Spacious and nice room. Food was good.
Bathroom was very very small and no bath. Bedroom facilities in general (no coffee/tea machine, no small table etc.) Lounge and restaurant extremely crowded.
