El hotel en general está muy bien
El desplazamiento a pistas. La mayoría de los días usamos nuestro coche porque no quedaban plazas para subir y llegar al horario de las clases del nene. Es cierto que podíamos haberlo usado subiendo un poquito antes. El buffet dispone de mucha comida. Tal vez subiría la calidad y bajaría la cantidad

Su personal, en especial su director atento y resolutivo y Claver el conductor del transfer amable dispuesto a solucionarnos el error de Estiber de enviarnos a Tarter a recoger y devolver el material.
El error de tener el hotel en Soldeu y el material en Tarter nos ha costado más de 50€.

Educacion y atencion por parte de todos los profesionales que trabajan alli.
Lo mas flojo es el bufet y la carta del restaurante, aunque es aceptable puede mejorar

Todo en general, siempre que podemos vamos a ese hotel, se puede aparcar bien y el transfer te lleva a pistas en Soldeu. EL personal es muy amable, tiene un pequeño spa.
Por poner algo, las habitaciones interiores son muy oscuras.

The reception, bar and restaurant staff are the nicest people we have ever had in a hotel. Please let them know. Lovely friendly people. The hotel was very clean and warm.
Restaurant food. Breakfast....cold, bread,cereal,coffe section , good. The cooked section was constantly cold and over cooked. Think they should serve to order as the warming trays don't work. Evening....... served to late at night. Soup, salad bar excellent. Paella nice touch. The cooked were good choices but always dry and over cooked. Again don't know if it was the warming trays. I love fish but couldn't eat it, such a waste on salmon.

El hotel estaba muy cómodo en general y el personal fue muy amable
Aunque tenia un traslado gratuito a pistas , era un poco limitado por que solo tenia capacidad para 8 personas y los horarios eran limitados.

L'amabilité du personnel, la vue sur la montagne de la chambre
Le bruit !! Nous étions au 4eme étage donc sous l'étage de l'accueil et le bruit était insupportable. Cela nous a réveillé à 7h du mat. La chambre introuvable car au fond du couloir à côté des escaliers. Les deux lits séparés. Le manque de porte entre les WC et la douche. Le froid de la chambre. Le manque de couette (seulement des plaids mis à disposition dans le placard) Le mini bar vide, le spa payant.

El trato con el personal es exquisito. El transfer a las pistas es realmente útil. Se puede aparcar muy bien.
La habitación triple está adaptada a minusválidos y hay alguna cosa incómoda pero comprensible.

El espa al que nos negaron el acceso el primer día
Olor a tubería en la habitación,falta de ventilación en el baño y mucha condensación en la habitación. Falta de espacio para carga y descarga y accesos a guarda esquís. Baja relación calidad precio

Es el segundo año consecutivo que vamos al Galanthus. El hotel es de los más completos en que hemos estado en Andorra. Tanto el desayuno como la cena super completos y ricos. Aparcamiento de sobra gratis en la calle. Moderno, limpio, el personal perfecto, tranquilo, sin ruidos... y al lado de la Sierra pistas. Repetiremos en 2021.
Quizá necesita una wifi más fluida.

el acceso y la amabilidad del hotel
tienen un problema recurrente con los malos olores. El transfer a las pistas fue discontinuo y tuvimos que esperar mas de 30 minutos los 2 dias a que viniera la furgoneta. Aspecto importante a mejorar.

La comida es de muy buena calidad. La localización es perfecta. El personal muy amable. Camas comodas
El baño de la habitación olía continuamente a tubería. Daba la sensación que la habitación no tenía buena ventilación y no podíamos regular la temperatura. El spa demasiado lleno y ruidoso con niños jugando. Muy mal insonorizado, se podía oír hasta el más mínimo movimiento de las habitaciones continuas.

En general el hotel es muy correcto. El personal en concreto estupendo, lo mejor del hotel.
Nos alojaron en la habitación 411, justo debajo del comedor (que está en la 5 planta)y ha sido una pesadilla porque parecía que teníamos una pista de baile en nuestras cabeza. La idea también era descansar y eso no ha sido posible. Por otra parte las máquinas del gimnasio estaban en muy mal estado. La responsable del spa no era muy profesional tampoco.
