The building has lifts and accesses approved for the disabled, private garage, closed compartment for bicycles and individualized ski storage service. Right next to the Hotel there is a public parking (free at night).

In addition, Hotel Folch has a leisure area divided into different spaces; for meeting or reading in tranquility, TV room with fireplace, billiards and board games, cafeteria.

Atención en recepción no muy satisfactoria les faltaba algo de simpatía la verdad, pero bueno ,quizás puede ser entendible por la monotonía del trabajo

La comida
El personal del comedor , camarera.Nos sirvió de muy malas maneras, poco profesional. La habitación llena de grietas y agujeros.El colchón se hundia muy viejo .No pudimos descansar por el colchón almuhada super fina y desgastada. Y muy ruidoso tuvimos que salir al pasillo a las 2 de la madrugada los clientes gritando y riendo.

Les habitacions, tot i estar enmoquetades, estaven molt netes. Els llits molt còmodes.
No hi ha aire condicionat a les habitacions. Creiem que és important, no hi tornarem a l'estiu per aquest motiu. Esmorzar una mica just, vam trobar a faltar fruita natural, que no en van posar.

Vergonzoso que nos cobren la bebida de una cena que ya está pagada ....suerte que se la cobraron a mi pareja y no a mí si no no la pagaba ....vergonzoso

El trato del personal el primer día hubo un íncidente con la habitación y enseguida nos la cambiaron por otra. Todo el personal majísimo y super servicial.
La limpieza de las habitaciones y el estado el mobiliario era bastante anticuado.

La amabilidad y atención sobre todo por parte del personal del comedor. Un día no pudimos llegar al horario de cenas porque nos coincidía con el horario de Caldea y como alternativa nos hicieron un picnic para cuando volvimos al hotel.
- El ruido. Coincidimos el mismo fin de semana con un grupo de muchas personas distribuidos entre el piso de arriba y el nuestro y se les oía cantar, gritar, dar portazos, tocar instrumentos, etc. Se escucha mucho de una habitación a otra. -La habitación algo anticuada (aunque la cama era muy grande y cómoda)
