El trato recibido fue estupendo.
Se pueden mejorar los colchones y la calefacción, pero en ningún caso fue un problema.

The staff were amazing! We started our trip with our rental car breaking down and arrived at the hotel with no car. However the hotel staff were very accommodating and helped us with all our queries. Location is perfect for skiing in Ordino Arcalis (5-10min drive) and there is even a free bus too. Their bar and restaurant is also great (food and price). The bedrooms are also comfortable and warm
One minor inconvenience is that you can hear noise from the corridors at night.

El restaurante del hotel está muy bien. Y la cercanía a pistas en inmejorable. Además el servicio es muy bueno y muy atento.
En la habitación que nos tocó la calefacción es por aire acondicionado. Grave error en la montaña.

La cercania a pistas.
Que habia cucarachas, incluso habia dos muertas bajo las camas y al salir al pasillo las veias. Ademas que nos pusieron el hotel anexo no en el mismo pradet.

En nada estabomos a pistas y las pistas espectaculares.
Es la 3° vez que voy, y me han dado la peor habitacion. La mas pequeña con un pasillo enorme y solo un enchufe.

La proximindad a las pistas de Arcalis
En la habitacion hacia mucho frio. Se lo comunicamos a la recepcion y nos dijeron que lo mirarian. Estuvimos mirando el radiador de la habiacion y estaba frio. El tubo que llegaba al radiador tambien estaba frio, por lo tanto no estaba funcionando. A la mañana siguiente nos dimos cuenta que en la habitación habia humedades y gotas de agua en el techo que habian estado cayendo sobre la cama y sobre mi y mi hijo. En caso de que quieran las fotos de las humedades se las puedo enviar y agradeceria que me informaran para saber como se tiene que realizar una queja al respecto.

Proximidad a pistas.
Falta de calefacción, agua caliente, secador de pelo averiado. Solo había un enchufe a la red eléctrica y casi tocando el suelo sin ningún soporte.

La nieve y la estación de esqui
El hotel, la carta para cenar era de vergüenza hace dos años fuimos a este hotel por la ubicación y seguían teniendo la misma carta que era básicamente tres platos de primero (ensalada, espaguetis y crema de verduras) y tres de segundo... (albóndigas, galtés y sepia) todo mal hecho congelado y el precio 13 ?, más mal no lo hacen porque no pueden.

La ubicacion del hotel, se tiene que coger el coche para llegar a pistas pero quedan bastante cerca
La ruta que teníamos que hacer para llegar a la habitación y que la habitación no tenía radiador sino que iba con aire y cuando llegábamos estaba fría
