The Hotel Ordino is a family hotel located in the mountains in the town of Ordino, Andorra. The hotel is very close to the La Massana gondola that leads to the Vallnord slopes. Perfect in summer to do different activities such as mountain biking, hiking, gastronomic routes or simply enjoying nature and perfect in winter to spend a ski vacation.

The building has been erected since 1932, it maintains a traditional rustic style but has been renovated over time. Equipped with all the necessary services in a hotel, it also has tennis, basketball, soccer and miniature golf courts.

The hotel has three types of rooms, all with hydromassage showers:

Double, with king-size bed or two separate beds

Familiar, with great space for the comfort of the whole family

Suite, spacious living room, terrace overlooking the valley, jacuzzi and sauna.


The hotel also offers restaurant service

Tourist tax to be paid at the accommodation.

el personal muy amable y la habitación limpia. hotel acorde a 3***
el suelo hace mucho ruido al caminar y por las noches si te levantas despiertas a las personas de la habitación. La bañera un poco alta para entrar , una reforma con plato de ducha sería más conveniente.

Son siempre super atentos y parece que estes en casa. La comida como siempre un 10!
Las camas son muy blandas para nuestro gusto, sabemos que es difícil contentar a todo el mundo y el suelo de la habitación cruje muchíssimo, si uno se levanta por la noche despierta a toda la habitación.

La atención tan buena de la recepción, del bar y sobretodo del restaurante
La habitación estaba un poco estropeada, puertas desconchadas, las lamparas a punto de caer, la marca de una gotera, se rompió la alcachofa de la ducha, no habia cortina en el plato de ducha, salia toda el agua

La tranquilidad de la ubicación, la amabilidad de los empleados y la variedad y calidad de las comidas
El WiFi, funciona muy mal, con constantes cortes y desconexiones, deben mejorarlo.

L'hotel Coma segueix mantenint el seu bon estil i caliu de tota la vida. El tracte excel·lent, a recepció, al menjador, al bar, molt atents. I la bona feina a la cuina.

Un hotel clásico con un ambiente relajado. Parking en el hotel y buenas instalaciones. El personal de restaurante y recepción agradables y profesionales.

Desayuno OK Instalaciones OK Limpieza y trato con el personal OK
Mucha calor en la habitacion, no se podia dormir del calor que hacia. Hablamos con recepcion y dijeron que no podian hacer nada,que la calefaccion no estaba puesta pero se notaba como subia la calor del suelo. Nos levantavamos a media noche sudando y abriamos la puerta del balcon para airear un poco (nos resfriamos los dos) . Terminamos las dos noches sin poder dormir mucho por mala suerte y dolor de cabeza (habitacion 110). Por el resto estubo bien el hotel.
