El descuento y que nos hayan cambiado el día para la caldea nocturna.
No nos gustó que no a cierta hora como a las 12pm de la noche ya no podíamos ver la tele.

La ducha no tragaba nada se inundó la habitación al ducharse una persona, fuimos a decirlo a recepción y vinieron simplemente a fregarlo nos dijeron que nos cambiaban de habitación y accedimos y nos dieron una habitación que era un zulo para 4 personas nosotros eramos 2 muy mal y volvimos a la habitación, al dia siguiente nos dijo que había venido el de mantenimiento y que era el desagüe que era pequeño que nos duchariamos con menos agua esa fue su solución un desastre.

La ubicación, el precio, y que aceptaran cambiar la reserva para otro fin de semana, avisando el mismo día de llegada (debido a problemas para llegar ya que fue el día que Cataluña entera estuvo paralizada por las quejas de los independentistas)
Cuando llegamos por la noche una de las habitaciones tenía la calefacción apagada (noviembre con temperaturas nocturas de -5), y por más que les dijimos a las personas del hotel, nos dijeron que ya la habían encendido (primero) y que no funcionaba y no podían hacer nada hasta que viniera el técnico (después). Cuando a las 7 de la mañana, ya sin poder parar de frío volvemos a reclamar, ¡sorpresa! la calefacción empezó a funcionar sin problema, y nos dijeron que sabían que esa habitación tenía problemas y que si se lo hubieramos dicho nos habrían cambiado de habitación (habiendo protestado por la noche y supuestamente no había habitaciones para cambiar). En la otra habitación de la reserva ningún problema.

Que reservas un habitación de dos y te den una con 4 camas pequeñas para poder tener una de dos de matrimonio te hacen pagar un suplemento.

Me a gustado porqué esta justo en el centro, para la gente que va para comprar y tal es el hotel perfecto. Bien de precio! Todas las tiendas necesarias las tienes a 5m andando sin necesidad de mover el coche, justo delante del hotel subiendo una subida que vereis teneis zona de aparcamiento, tarifa 24h 15e. Si vais mas dias venden bonos de 3 dias con el precio mas reducido. Informaros en la web para saber como adquirir ese Bono. Para la gente que va a caldea, lo teneis a 10m andando. Os recomiendo coger el coche, ya que alli tienen parking y su precio de 3h que estuve yo son de 7.00e aprox para que os hagais una idea. Para las personas que solo coje alojamientos y os gusta desayunar, justo en la en la entrada del hotel teneis un mcdonald que hacen desayunos y meriendas bien de precio y están buenos.
El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado y las habitaciones son calurosas, en pleno mayo dormi con mi mujer con la ventanas abierta, imaginaros en verano.... Los demas servicios los desconozco.

Todo en general.
Ha habido un grupo escolar, o eso parecía, que hacían ruido, subiendo y bajando escaleras, hasta picaban las puertas y paredes, era molesto sobretodo para la gente que tiene el propósito de despertar temprano para subir a esquiar.
