El personal super amable con naturalidad.
No hay nada que no me gustó. El único que no pega tanto al resto del hotel es la habitación que ya puede ser un poco más moderno/nuevo.

La cercanía al centro del pueblo y el Transfer a pistas
Las habitaciones mal insonorizadas, se está convirtiendo en un hotel para grupos de estudiantes y por último nuestra habitación salía muy poca agua caliente, se lo comentamos en recepción y sigo igual los días posteriores

La localización.
El hotel ha empeorado mucho con Sno. No hay transfer a Anayet y con la poca nieve que había era necesario. Es raro desayunar en un espacio que por la noche es bar de copas. Desayunar con bola de discoteca girando, poca luz y barra llena de bebidas alcohólicas no es lo ideal. Además el desayuno ha empeorado: no hay leche desnatada, por ejemplo, ni zumos, ni bizcochos. Y por la noche, en el restaurante-bar El Roto, en la puerta te atienden más con modales de portero de discoteca que de restaurante de hotel a sus clientes: no nos dejaban entrar a saludar a unos amigos con el restaurante medio vacío? nunca nos había pasado en un hotel que se supone familiar.

Disponibilidad de aparcamiento en la zona
El agua caliente no funcionaba por las mañanas (2 días de 4) Las cenas no tenían opciones veganas/vegetarianas y el primer día fue malisima (comida cruda y sin sabor). El bufet de cena sólo admitía grupos y nos derivaron al restaurante todos los días, donde las opciones eran siempre las mismas.

Desde la primera noche nos cambiaron al hotel Sno Aragon Hills. Ya que el alojamiento en el hotel Sno Formigal era pesimo. Buena y rapida respuesta de la gerencia de hoteles Sno
El hotel sno formigal no reune las condiciones de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Habia 4 grupos numerosos de niños de escuela que hacian muy desagradable la estancia. El bufet de cena horrible. Habitaciones muy viejas.

El hotel es acogedor y la comida, aunque poco variada, de buena calidad.
Las chicas de recepción, aunque muy amables eran muy poco proactivas y con poca iniciativa. Habia que estar preguntando todo porque, motu propio, no explicaban nada. La piscina estuvo inactiva durante toda la estancia y no pudimos acceder.

El acceso es muy cómodo y rapido
La comida tanto del desayuno como de la cena escasa y faltaba muchas cosas como por ejemplo Leche sin lactosa algo que ha,día de hoy me parece bastante normal Por su puesto el hotel necesita un arreglo sobre todo piscina esta fatal Creo que le sobra una,estrella .

Nos gustó casi todo. Es un hotel antiguo pero muy cómodo. Habitaciones muy amplias que son necesarias para la parafernalia del esquí. Zonas comunes enormes y muy acogedoras., excepto la zona infantil un poco descuidada y sin calefacción. el restaurante una pasada. Muy agradable y la comida muy rica. El buffet de la cena no era muy amplio pero era variado y la comida estaba muy buena. El transfer a pistas correcto. Al no estar operativo Sextas, se acumulaba la gente para poder cogerlo pero se llevaba bien. Si volvemos a Formigal repetimos seguro
Sin duda la limpieza de la habitación que era muy deficiente y no acorde a la del resto del hotel, ni al resto de servicios. Las máquinas de café del desayuno un poco lentas. La zona infantil lo más descuidado del hotel y sin calefacción, por lo que no era apropiada para los niños. La piscina bien pero habría que vigilarla un poco porque con tanto niño, parecía el salvaje Oeste. Le vendría bien un lavado de cara a la parte de relax. El Jacuzzi es minúsculo y la gente poco solidaria y echaba la tarde dentro.

La atención del chico de recepción, y los colchones muy cómodos.
El hotel es muy antiguo por dentro. Parece del siglo pasado con esa decoración y con todos esos cuadros con fotos tan antiguas. Lo peor, el suelo de madera. Está crujiendo constantemente por las pisadas en el piso de arriba. Le hace falta modernizarse y sobre todo, renovarse.
