el desayuno y cena de Buffet !!muy bien,la ubicación cerca de la playa de Salou y del centro urbano y para el otro lado cerca del port aventura,se puede ir dando un paseo.
lo único q te cobran la bebida de la cena aparte.

El. Bufet del desayuno está muy bien variado tienes de todo.
El hotel deja mucho que desear ,las camas súper incomodas la limpieza en la habitación pésima nos dejaron toallas sucias?nos tocó la habitación encima del bar muchísimo ruido , para un par de días no más .

Muy cerca del Port Aventura y centro de Salou. Comida aceptable, aunque esta es mi tercera vez, en este hotel y veo que va bajando la calidad, espero que no vaya a peor.
Estamos en la primera planta, justo en el bar, donde se hacen fiestas y se oía toda la música, quisimos que nos cambiarán y nos dijeron que no podían. Pondría más insonorización en esas habitaciones.

La cercanía a PortAventura Dentro del buffet, el servicio de las camareras
El la taza del WC de la habitación , a pesar de tener el precinto que indica que ha sido limpiada previamente , estaba sucia. Por otra parte esperábamos un abanico un poco más de variedad de productos en lo que al buffet se refiere (hablando de la cena )

L'Hotel i les instal.lacions estan molt bé. Té de tot i pots gaudir de diferents alternatives.
Hi ha dos coses que si les solventsessin seria un Hotel increible: 1.- La neteja de les habitacions i sobretot els lavabos on hi havien pèls al terra, dutxa, etc. A les dues habitacions que ens van donar estaven brutes amb restes no identificades i molts pèls al terra i sobretot dins de la dutxa. 2.- El servei no és gens amable, començant per la recepcionista que ens va rebre bordant i cridant, tot alegant que li feien falta unes vacances per relaxar-se. Molt maleducada. Un hotel així no s'ho pot permetre. I en segon lloc, les cambreres del menjador cridant i faltant el respecte als clients, mai un somriure de benvinguda, de cortesia, al contrari fins i tot discutint entre elles i generant crispació. Havia llegit en altres opinions aquestes dues apreciacions però vaig voler viure en primera persona i realment corroboro el que he dit abans i el que vaig llegir perquè coincideix. Torno a repetir, si solventen el tracte al client des de la recepció i el menjador seria INCREIBLE.
