Hostal Cisco is located in the center of Andorra la Vella, it was the first hostel in Andorra and since 1866 Hotel Cisco offers its services. It has been renovated 2 years ago and thanks to its location it leaves us within reach of the 'historic center', gastronomic restaurants and trendy nightlife.

The famous Plaça del Poble is only 250m away, and the access to Grandvalira and Vallnord, both just 7km away.

The rooms have a private bathroom with toiletries and include some seating areas, the hotel has free Wi-Fi throughout the building, fireplace, heating, room service and pets are allowed.

El techo de la habitacion era muy bajo, me di en la cabeza varias veces, la cama era muy corta daba con las piernas en el tope, la habitacion no estaba especialmente limpia y la zona para aparcar esta bastante compllicada. Ademas de todo eso la maquina expendedora no funciona corerctamente y se ha quedado 2,50? mios, no hay nadie en recepcion para ayudar. En conclusion me parece muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

A pesar de la atención, el hotel está limpio y cómodo, también teníamos la habitación Deluxe, no se como serán las demás.
El mismo día de nuestra llegada, recibimos un email que tenemos que enviar la documentación covid i nuestros DNI para recibir un código. La entrada es a las 15h llegamos esa hora porque al hacer mal tiempo no podíamos esquiar. No recibimos el código hasta las 17.30... muy mal gestionado de su parte.. deberían avisar días antes de la llegada y ser puntuales con los códigos para entrar en el hotel.
