The hotel is located in the town of Encamp, next to the Funibus stop, a free service offered by Grandvalira that allows you to get to the Funicam in a few minutes, with direct access to Grandvalira.
You can reach Caldea, the biggest and most popular Thermoludic Centre in the Pyrenees, in a short distance by car, as well as all the shops in the Escaldes-Engordany shopping centre.
The Nivalis hotel, offers its clients the option of having a continental breakfast at the restaurant. The hotel also has a Lounge Bar, games room and television to watch sports events.

cama muy pequeña para 2 personas /habitacion pequeña calefaccion a tope pelos en el baño comida de muy baja calidad (quizas poner menos cosas pero de mejor calidad)

Nada, simplemente la relación calidad/precio era correcta por lo que hemos pagado
La habitación muy pequeña, muy antigua y descuidada. Hacía muchísimo calor. A una cama le faltaban unos listones y era muy incomoda. El personal muy maleducado y seco, nos ha atendido con prisa y malumor. La cena horrible, la comida de muy mala calidad.

Lo económico a pesar de ser tres estrellas en temporada y si incluyes el desayuno y la cena. El trato del personal muy bueno. Clientela joven.
El hotel presenta una reforma reciente pero algo justa. Calidad comida baja y repetitiva. La clientela joven no tiene que reñirse con la mala educación de FRANCESES JOVENES QUE VIENEN DE DESTROYER y en su país no se lo consentirían. Fui con una niña de 10 años que tuvo que ver borrachos insultos y gritos durante las cenas. Personas descalzas por el comedor, etc. El hotel necesitaría un agente cívico.

El transport a pistes. Ens van dir que el skibus passava continuament i cada dia vam estar esperant més de 30minuts. No m?ha agradat el lloc de lloger de material (pic negre). Molt lent, tracte desagradable i vam tenir incidencia amb un guardaskis que vam llogar i el segon dia deien que no, tenint comprovant de pagament de tot i quan a jna altre companyia li estaven deixant fer amb les mateixes condicions. Molt desagradable

el funibus que comunicaba con el funicamp tardo más de media hora en pasar. la cena era bastante mala

El hotel es ideal para ir a esquiar. La atención de las recepcionistas ha sido muy agradable y en todo momento fueron súper atentas. Las instalaciones del Nivalis están reformadas y se nota. Por el precio que se paga esta muy bien.

La atención del personal muy amables. Silencioso, limpio y con transporte público al lado para ir hasta Escaldes.
La calefacción no funcionaba del todo bien, la 1a noche tuvimos frio, la 2a calor.

La habitation para 4 muy amplia baño bien.buffet muy variado aunque de baja calidad pero por qualidad precio esta bien
Exesivo calor en las habitaciones y no se puede regular . Polvo debajo de la cama y tickets de comprar que no eran nuestro en el cajon de la mesita ...comida buena pero postres muy malos pasteles y tartas fatal lo mejor los yogures Pascual . Muymal insonorizado

Se come bien y variado. La bebida se pagan.
El ascensor lo tienen bloqueado las de la limpieza y tienes que bajar y subir los 7 pisos a pie. No te dejan usar el ascensor con botas de esquí. No tienen cuarto para guardar el equipaje. Las sábanas estaban sucias. Los colchones muy malos. Duermes encima de los muelles.

La situación del hotel y acceso a pistas (Funibus, Funicamp).
Las habitaciones son muy ruidosas, se oye todo: ruido en los pasillos, en otras habitaciones, en pisos superiores... Colchones duros e incomodos. Limpieza regular, aunque indican que facilitan articulos de higiene personal, sólo hay gorro de ducha y esponja de zapatos. Ni gel ni champú, y algún día ni papel WC. Las bebidas en la cena (teniamos MP) son de pago. No se informa ni en la web de Estiber ni en la del propio hotel. Incomodo y molesto.
