Once the reservation is finished, you will receive a confirmation voucher with the telephone number of your contact guide in the destination. What does not include? All those circumstances that derive from the non-compliance of the general conditions of the reservation by the client (schedules, payments ...) or those that are alien to the will or responsibilities of Estiber.

We make things easier for you. Before the entry date, we will deliver your ski passes to your accommodation. You must go to the hotel/ apartment reception to pick them up. The areas and ski stations that have these services are:
Andorra: Grandvalira, Pal-Arinsal, Ordino-Arcalís
Aragonese Pyrenees: Formigal, Panticosa, Cerler
Catalan Pyrenees: Espot-Port Ainé.

Pay your reservation in installments in a simple and convenient way. How? Estiber allows you to pay part of the amount during the reservation process and the rest when you consider.

What should I consider? The entire reservation must be paid before the entry date.

Important! Some reservations must be paid in full a few days or weeks before the trip.

Non-refundable rates do not allow fractional payments. If you want to pay in installments make sure you do not select a non-refundable rate.

Children can enjoy some services for free

Free pass
What is it? All children under 6 years are entitled to Free Ski Pass for the entire season. These passes cannot be booked and must be issued at the ticket offices at the ski resorts. Also, children from 6 to 11 years old (included) can access this option in some ski resorts such as Grandvalira on specific dates of the season. Check conditions. Important! During the reservation it is vital to specify that you are accompanied by a minor and your age. In this way, a zero cost pass will be issued that will allow children access the slopes.

Free accommodation
What is it? Children do not pay in some of the hotels. The maximum age to enjoy this advantage depends on the hotel itself (usually up to 11 years old). Under what conditions? To enjoy this advantage, children must share a room with two adults. In addition, in some hotels, restaurant services are paid directly and must be paid at the hotel. More information?
