Lo completo del apartamento (cocina, nevera, toallas, frazadas, tv=
la lejanía a supermercados y poca accesibilidad para subir con peso. el check in demasiado tarde (17hs) y el check out demasiado temprano en comparacion (10hs). Me hubiera gustado saber con anticipación de la disponibilidad de las facilidades del hotel segle XX a las que podiamos acceder ya que no fuimos preparados y hubiera sido agradable (piscina, masajes, etc)

Cercanía a pistas, calidad-precio.
Parking de pago con plazas pequeñas, no entraba el coche. Esperar a que nos dieran los forfaits, ya que nos dijeron en la recepción del hotel que nos lo darían en pistas y era en el hotel. El sofá cama un poco justo.

La cercanía a la carretera para desplazarse.
El colchón del sofá cama tiene los muelles salidos. No hay suficiente haya caliente para que se duchen 4 personas. La nevera es de camping. El acceso a los apartamentos desde el parking (escaleras, cuesta y más escaleras) hasta llegar al apartamento

El acceso a pista está muy cerca,
Limpieza de utensilios de cocina y general un poco justa. El mando de la tv no funcionaba. El acceso hasta los apartamentos regular. En nuestro apartamento hacia un olor a tubería bastante desagradable. La zona para aparcar es bastante mala.

Tiene de todo, y se puede acceder a la piscina, sauna y servicios del hotel. Se llega dando un pequeño paseo a las telecabinas de acceso a las pistas, aunque si vas cargado con el equipo en 3min en coche llegas al parking que es gratuito.
El único inconveniente es que hay que subir varios tramos de escaleras con las maletas hasta llegar al apartamento.

Habitación muy limpia.
El somier de la cama de matrimonio estaba hundido. Algunos vecinos hacían mucho ruido bien entrada la noche.

El sevicio de transporte a pistas, y la proximidad a las pistas. Tambien la posibilidad de usar las instalaciones del hotel, piscina, animación, servicio de guardaesquis, etc.
No hay ascensor directo del hotel a Los apartamentos.

Es silencioso, no hay ruido de calles ni coches ya que está en el interior del pueblo.
El baño huele mal y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Para llegar a los apartamentos tienes una excursión. El trato de la recepción en el Hotel Ransol muy poco agradables.

La localización del sitio, a pesar de tener que coger coche, está relativamente cerca.
El calentador de agua se acabó después de la ducha de dos persones (no tardaron mucho...) y eramos cuatro en la habitación. Las camas no son muy cómodas, pero suficientes. Las de la recepción del hotel no ayudaron mucho en la información sobre el hotel.

Habitación sucia, calcetines detrás del sofá cama, papeles y bolas de polvo por el apartamento, con la ropa de antiguos inquilinos sucia y llena de migas en el sofá cama. La habitación no correspondía con la ofertada ni con las fotos de su página web. Les mande un mail el domingo día de la entrada con las fotos para su valoración y no he obtenido respuesta parte de eEstiber. Hemos pagado 210? extra para tener la habitación solicitada ya que valoraban la nuestra en 50? por noche.
