Our new 100% refund guarantee Covid 19 allows you to cancel for free and receive a full refund of your reservation in any of the following cases:
- Closure of the borders of the town, city, region and/or place of destination. If this closure occurs during your stay and you decide to leave, you will be refunded for the nights and services not used.
- If quarantine or lockdown is imposed in your town, city, region, country of procedence and/or place of destination. If this closure occurs during your stay and you decide to leave, you will be refunded for the nights and services not used.
- Closure of the hotel or apartment complex. If this closure occurs during your stay, you will be refunded for the nights not used.
- Closure of the ski resorts where you purchased the ski pass. If this closure occurs during your stay and you decide to leave, you will be refunded for the nights and services not consumed.
