En general todo bien, el acceso a pistas pongo uno , pero no es una crítica , ya se sabe que si escoges el centro pues esta relativamente lejos.

Muy buena ubicación del hotel, y tenía garaje, que es muy importante en Andorra. Llegamos bastante antes de la hora del checking pero nos consiguieron dar una habitación disponible.

El bufet y atención de camareros todo ok,sobretodo un chico marroquí que debería ser ascendido a metre x su profesionalidad y trato único, a comparación de la metre actual.... se corta el aire cuando ves como trata a sus trabajadores y con los clientes también es absolutamente distante y fría... X lo demás todo ok, muy cómodo para ir en familia x la ubicación, y súper la zona de juegos y spa.
La recepcionista es cero profesional, no te ayuda en nada, es inesxpresiva totalmente....parece que siempre está enfadada y con pocas ganas de hacer su trabajo. Es a la primera persona que ves cuando llegas y la última cuando te vas y no da nada de buena sensación. La cama ( colchón) de la habitación es muy incómodo, y el sofá supletorio lo mismo, para un 4 estrellas, la verdad es que es justito....
