The location was perfect ! Very close to the slopes and the staff (especially Agostina) was very nice. Would definitely recommend !
The walls were quite thin so when someone was talking in the corridor you could hear everything. The first night was thought because some drunks clients were yelling till 2am and nothing was done in order to stop it.

Lo que más nos gusta fue la ubicación.
Que no tuviera armario y que e calefactor del baño era un toallero de luz que solo se conectaba si la luz del baño estaba encendida (pero un tiempo limitado) Habitación 505.

Cercanía de las pistas.
No tenían constancia de que teníamos las cenas en el hotel, y después de demostrar que sí lo teníamos, nos lo volvían a preguntar cada día.

Esta muy cerca de pistas y muy cómodo para acceder a ellas. El hotel es un 3*, confortable y con un personal atento y flexible. Buen desayuno de buffet y una zona de relax y bar acogedora
en general me gusto todo, quizás, por poner un pero, las habitaciones son un poco justas de espacio

La amabilidad de los empleados y el fácil acceso a pistas
En nuestro caso tuvimos suerte con el aparcamiento pero resulta bastante difícil aparcar, hay zona azul que debes pagar con monedas, vale 10? aproximadamente y tienes que mover el coche diariamente, otra opción es un parking por 20?/día

La cama muy cómoda y habitación más que limpia. El trato del personal excelente. El desayuno muy bueno.
La habitación era un poco pequeña y se vuelve un tanto incómodo para moverte con las maletas pero por lo demás genial. La cena dejaba mucho que desear.... El acceso a pistas para quien sepa esquiar, si es la primera vez que esquias te será difícil acceder a pista por el acceso más cercano al hotel y tendrás que caminar hasta el acceso a pistas. Cerca, pero con las botas de esquí se hace eterno!

El personal encantador, habitacion limpia y acogedora. desayuno muy bueno, cena bien y el acceso a pistas inmejorable.
Es imposible dormir sin la ventana abierta. Es un horror el calor que hace en la habitación incluso con los radiadores cerrados. No se puede descansar.
