The residence features spacious and comfortable apartments, accommodating from 4 up to 12 people. The accommodations have a balcony or terrace, perfect for enjoying the mountain views and the natural surroundings of Tignes.

After a day of skiing or mountain adventures, guests can unwind at the Spa Ô des Cimes, which offers an indoor pool, hot tub, saunas, steam room, and cardio-training area. The residence also offers the possibility to book massages and wellness treatments.

APARTMENT TYPES:

1-Bedroom Apartment (2 rooms) – 4 people | 35-40 m²: includes 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a living room with a trundle sofa bed with 2 single beds. Features an equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.

2-Bedroom Apartment, one is a cabin (3 rooms Cabin) – 6 people | 45 m²: includes 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 cabin-style bedroom with 2 bunk beds, as well as a living room with a trundle sofa bed with 2 single beds. Features an equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, and balcony. The upper bunks are recommended for children aged 6 to 14 years.

2-Bedroom Apartment (3 rooms) – 6 people | 50-65 m²: includes 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a living room with a trundle sofa bed with 2 single beds. Features an equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Some apartments have an additional shower.

2-Bedroom Duplex Apartment (3 rooms Duplex) – 6 people | 50-65 m²: arranged over two floors, includes 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a living room with a trundle sofa bed with 2 single beds. Features an equipped kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Some apartments have an additional shower.

3-Bedroom Apartment (4 rooms) – 8 people | 70-90 m²: includes 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, as well as a living room with 2 sofa beds, each with one single bed. Features an equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, additional shower, separate toilet, and balcony.

3-Bedroom Duplex Apartment (4 rooms Duplex) – 8 people | 70-90 m²: arranged over two floors, includes 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, as well as a living room with 2 sofa beds, each with one single bed. Features an equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, additional shower, separate toilet, and balcony.

4-Bedroom Duplex Apartment (5 rooms Duplex) – 10 people | 85-100 m²: arranged over two floors, includes 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, as well as a living room with 2 sofa beds, each with one single bed. Features an equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, additional shower, two toilets, and a balcony.

5-Bedroom Apartment (6 rooms) – 12 people | approx. 110 m²: includes 2 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, as well as a living room with 2 sofa beds, each with one single bed. Features an equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with bathtub, an additional shower, two toilets, and a balcony.

Note: In French, the “rooms” count includes the living room. For example, a 3-room apartment has 2 bedrooms + living room.

From 10 December onwards: Tourist tax to be paid at the accommodation.
