La ubicación, proximidad Funicamp y atención de recepción Limpieza de habitaciones correcta.
Nada en particular. No hay consignas para dejar maletas (por el año de construcción del hotel) y el guardaesquís es abierto aunque hay una cámara de vigilancia.

Me ha gustado la comida y la atención de los 2 camarer@s del restaurante.

En general todo estaba bien. La habitación, la comida.
El trato que nos dieron el primer día, porque teníamos pagada la cena y llegamos a las 21:38 y no nos dejaron cenar porque el horario era de 20:00 a 21:30. Después de estar 8 horas de viaje no me parece muy correcto ese trato. Encima la calle está cortada por obras, por lo que hay que dar una vuelta para llegar al hotel. Y en la reserva que hicimos en ningún lado figura que el horario de la cena sea ese.

La cama, hacia tiempo que no pillaba una en condiciones. bien, calidad precio.
El desayuno es el típico, pero la bollería y el zumo se podrían mejorar.

La atención de los 2 camareros del restaurante
La educación del personal de recepción, fueron mal educados, contestones y desagradables hasta que nos quejamos. Toallas con agujeros, agua de ducha hasta la habitación, caca de perro en el Rellano, puertas no se quedan cerradas hay que cerrar con llave. No nos dieron cena un día diciendo que no nos tocaba habiendo cogido media pensión.
